When I booked this via Agoda, I thought it was an old house converted to a ‘hotel’-ish type. The overall vibe of the place is very homey. It’s like a big house with a bunch of rooms and a big garden. The 4 Labradors of the owner are roaming around the resort and you can play with them if you want to.

We were welcomed by very friendly and accommodating staff who made sure our group felt really comfortable all throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious enough for two people and was above average. Probably the only thing I didn’t like about it is that their free wifi doesn’t reach the rooms which pretty much helped us rest right away.

For the food, they have limited options for both breakfast and regular meals (lunch, dinner) but it was okay. All meals were cooked home style so it complements the cozy ambiance.

127859 Breakfast: They have two options for this - Continental or Filipino. Continental Breakfast includes bread with butter/mango jam on the side, ham or bacon, egg the way you like it cooked and 3 in 1 coffee. Filipino Breakfast includes rice, hotdog or tocino or boneless bangus or corned beef, egg the way you like it cooked and 3 in 1 coffee.
I got tocino for both mornings and it was good. It had the right level of sweetness.

127860 Viands
- Among the viands we ordered for both lunch and dinner, the one that made a mark is their Sinigang. Whether it’s bangus or shrimp, it was so good!! So good that we never failed to order Sinigang for all the 4 meals we had here.

127866 Beer
The beers they serve is only 45 pesos per bottle so we drank as often as we could. Haha!

For an above average room, yummy food and really friendly staff and to think that we paid a little over 1k per room per night, staying at Jannah Glycel was definitely worth it.
