They didn't fail to satisfy my tummy! I had Tapang tagalog and it comes with 2 sauces, onions and tomatoes when served.

A bit pricey.
Had to wait for 30 minutes before it was served.

Thoroughly enjoyed their best-selling tapa :-) wish it were cheaper though... Or at least included brewed coffee already with it, or any drink, given the price (almost 300 pesos, if I remember correctly)...

Can't wait to try their other breakfast items next time! 128517

Cupcakes. Mini cakes too pretty to eat. I do not have a sweer tooth but I'd eat a cupcake every now and then. I saw Marjorie G 's review about this cupcake shop at Jazz. I decided to give it a try. Besides, i have enough salt in my bloodstream, I need a lil sugar to balance everything.

Brazo De Mercedes. Custard filled cheesecake with graham crust and topped with baked meringue.

This is a cheesecake disguising as a cupcake. I dont really care, it is the best thing that ever happened to pastries. The Picasso of Pastries. The first bite brings a sudden rush of dopamine in my brain. Eureka! I discovered the key to happiness... Wait screw happiness, this is pure bliss.

Custard + Cheesecake + Meringue = Brilliant!

Oh my god! This is so good, I want to lick the pastry paper thingy that holds the cupcake. I am slowly drifting into sugar shock, I dont mind, im leaving with a happy memory.

I'm so in love with their Oreo cheesecake cupcake. The green tea cupcake is too sweet like macaroons. The place is good. 128150128081

I've been to many cupcakes places because aside from the fact that they are mostly cute and charming, cupcake happens to be my most favorite dessert. Out of the many there are only one place, which cupcakes passed to my liking, it's J Cuppacakes.

Their SM Jazz takes the cake for being the cutest. You go inside and you will immediately feel as cheerful as a person who has had too much chocolates. A word of warning, cupcakes here are expensive, but I promise you that they are worth it, especially the brazo de mercedez. It's so good that it still haunts me to this day.

For drinks try the ponche crema. It's a special drink made of egg yolks, cointreau, and sweet milk.

weeks before my daugther's 1st birthday, i asked for a customized meringue tower and a cake. i specifically asked for the design it should have the greeting banner and name of my daughter. i was surprised when i got the cake, theres no banner and name of my daugther. we tried to contact julianne (owner) what she did was asked her crew to give me their ready-made greeting and doodle with the cake just to include the name and ofcourse i didnt want that to happen. i called her and let her know my disappointment but she makes a lot of alibis and brag about her 5 yrs experience. unfortunately it didnt stop there. we asked for a red velvet base cake, ofcourse her 5yrs experienced as she claims is far from an experienced baker - we got a dry-chocolate cake.

So if you have other options, please try other bakery or else all you got is refund not a cake.

not to mention, the meringue is not even a meringue. it was an icing tower - very soft and sticky. our visitor didnt even bother to get one.

Tip#1: don't sit near the restroom because the crew, who for some reason flock in the corner, won't be able to see you. So I had to approach them myself to give them my order. At the end of the meal, my companion had to approach them to get our receipt.

Tip#2: don't eat here if you're already hungry and you're looking for value for money. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich which I had to wait for, for 25 minutes. And what came after was a measly sandwich, which is like 3/4 bread and some tasteless filling. This took them 25 minutes to make (the resto wasn't even full, in the first place)? And this is worth PHP260? Really?

Tip#3: note to self: don't eat here again.

After our another 8hr marathon meeting in Ayala, my workmates and I decided to have dinner before heading home to let the rush hour pass muna.

We tried Jazz Mall's cuppacakes. They had all day breakfast available! Since everybody wanted the tapa I went for the tapa as well. Along with raspberry iced tea.

Service was about 10-15mins. As you can see from my picture. The serving was indeed generous for a price of 260 per order it should be! Since that is the most expensive tapa I paid for to date. This order comes with its condiments which includes diced tomatoes, white onions, tapa sauce and special vinegar. Which really complimented the tapa and rice! The sunny side up egg was how I wanted it: over easy! Loved it! The raspberry iced tea was a bit too sweet even for my sweet tooth.

For dessert they had this drink which literally tasted like juiced or leche flan shake! It tasted great I would have finished the entire glass if I wasn't so full. Since we also devoured cupcakes my fave would have to be the strawberry granola cheesecake!

Christmas is in the air, so lucky to receive a present like this, i got a chance to taste a cupcake from j cuppacakes and im glad its my favorite flavor, a carrot cupcake 128523 well the cake itself is mois and light t and it has a twist in its taste, it has a hint of ginger however, the frosting may need some improvements, usually carrot cupcakes should have a thick and creamy cream cheese frosting but theirs only had plain buttercream frosting, sorry but im not a fan of buttery consistency, so i was sort of disappointed coz i was expecting more from them
