I was about to make a review about this branch earlier, but it wasn't on looloo yet. So, I suggested it to the looloo team for me to write something about it.
Nothing's got this certain branch going on to stand out from the rest of the Jollibees nationwide, let alone within the metro. This place is just a small space jampacked with tables and chairs to accommodate the huge volume of hungry customers visiting it daily. Little is left for aisles -- not to mention kids loitering within the premises -- making it accident-prone. I suggest for one to be extra careful in carrying his tray full of food in this kind of branch. I was glad not to encounter such scenario, because I went there in the morning.
I already saw some looloo users who tried out Jollibee's newest breakfast offering, the Pancake Sandwich. Topped with bacon, egg, and cheese, fhis non-traditional sandwich triggered my curiosity. That said, I tried it, too, and it tasted great.
Being a non-pancake / pastry lover, I can only write so much about its kind. All I know, for sure, is that pancakes can taste a bit bland without the butter and syrup. This one, however, doesn't need those to amp up its taste. The pancakes were already sweet, which made me think that they already added syrup to its ingredients. What amazed me, too, is how the sweetness of the pancakes and saltiness of bacon and cheese combined to give me an explosion of flavor in my mouth. The ying and yang of sandwich were in perfect unison, creating a wonderful and satisfying breakfast.
Both Jollibee and its competitor have made out-of-the-box fastfood creations, but this one really took my breath away. Yes, I'm exaggerating. LOL! Kidding aside, I'll definitely try it again, and again... and again.
