I visited this not-so-well-known island of the Philippines a day ago with a group of new friends. If you're not familiar with this island, don't worry, not many people are because you won't find it listed in the Lonely Planet and it's difficult to reach. To reach the island, we had to take a 7 hours long ride on a fisherman's boat, and through rough waters. I had the most terrifying boat ride ever! You won't find any hotels on the island. We actually stayed with the counselor of the island.

I visited this island after the successful climb in the devil's mountain last week. It took six hours of boat ride to get there. The areas were affected by typhoon so I got stucked here. Since, loner ako at mag isa lang pumunta dito, I spent too much money. The boat rental fee was a bit pricey so I recommend to join or create an event with other backpackers to save more money. The beach was okay para sa akin. The locas are very friendly. It was also my first time to drink lambanog matched with buko juicrle.. and it was awesome! I wanted to stay for 2 more days but I also have a job left undone.
