Had lunch here as recommended by our travel guide/driver.
1. Kinilaw na Tanigue - it was fresh and just the right acidity. Generous serving of fish meat cubes.
2. Tinola na Tanigue - soup broth was flavorful with a hint of lemongrass. Though I think the fish meat was a little overcooked.
3. Inasal Paa - chicken was very tender and cooked just right, no burnt areas. It was also juicy and flavor extends into the meat not only on the skin.
Of course, there's the view of the sea.
Service was slow. Took them almost 30mins to serve our orders.
Will come back here when I'm back Dumaguete.
