Brought our Singaporean guest for lunch and they loved the chicken and boneless bangus. Even brought some back to Singapore.

I have been here many times and I still don't get sawa with their chicken, I usually order their pecho, paa, baticolon, and heart,
Best sawsawan: toyo, suka, kalamansi and sili mixed altogether. 128522128077128076 127860
My favorite drink in JT's, "all my tea iced tea"
Perfect with your meal, it tastes like Wendy's iced tea. 127865

If we can't find any budget place to go for the kiddos, this is the place. :) food is okay 3/5, service 2.5-4/5 depends on the servers busyness and "mood", parking is limited 3/5, value for money - reasonable.

Other branches are better. :) just saying honest feedback.

The service was VERY poor. There was only ONE waiter handling the restaurant. The taste of the chicken was okay but the proportion was no bueno.

The place has this homely ambiance, a place you and your friend can talk while enjoying the food. The servers are nice and attentive.
The food:
Sizzling Sisig with Egg - 160 tastes good but the serving is small compared to the normal size at that price range.
Chicken liver - a must have :) combined with their special vinegar.

All in all price is reasonable, the servers are nice and the food is great tasting. The service time is just one thing they can improve on :)

I've always liked their inasal chicken here and I must say that it's still as good as it has always been!

Here's what we ordered: paa, batikolon (gizzard), garlic rice, extra chicken oil (!) and kansi. And here's how I eat their chicken:
1. Prepare the sauce: equal parts of soy sauce & special vinegar, squeeze in a piece of calamansi & add a piece or two of crushed chili
2. Drizzle about 3 spoonfuls of chicken oil onto the garlic rice
3. Cut a piece of chicken, place it on top of your rice, drizzle a bit of chicken oil and dump a spoonful of the sauce concoction
4. Eat and savor the taste
5. Repeat until you finish the meal
6. Feel guilty and grossed out afterwards 128513

I also like their batikolon - very chewy but not hard. Their kansi was okay. It wasn't as hot as how we would want it served though.

Like the other reviewer, they played good music. This time it was all 80's.

The only thing that bothered us was this other table of customers who were drinking the night away (we were there at around 9:30pm). One of them was really loud and quite disrespectful towards the waiters when ordering (e.g., calling them "hoy!"). I know it's a restaurant and a public place but this guy shouts like he's at his own home or his own private beer garden.

Otherwise, it was great! Would definitely be back for some more!

There has been a lot of Inasal joint here in the Metro, but nothing has come up to par with JT's. let me enumerate why:

Flavor: when Piolo said sagad to the bones ang sarap of that other chicken joint that starts with M, he was lying, like how he's lying right now with his gender preference. Joel Torre should own that line. It's so sagad to the bones that you wanna devour the bones.

Meat: unlike other Inasal restos, they don't reheat their chicken. They cook their chicken when a customer orders. That's why the meat is always tender, juicy, and flavorful. Walang dry na JT's chicken.

Music: you won't hear a Pusong Bato playing station here. I'm a regular here in their qc branch and the music is always cool. Parang trance and house Palagi.

The only room for improvement? Lighting. It's a bit dark. Which is sayang because the movie posters here are worth seeing.

That Mang Inasal chicken got nothing on JT.
