It was another Food Panda delivery today as I had limited time on my hands. If you haven’t used their app service yet, they’re fairly competent with updates from to time. Today though, they forgot to send me tools, no spoon and/or fork.

It was a tasty lunch with some complaints. My main entree, Paksiw na Lechon was way too oily and its meat had mostly fatty portions. The Stir Fried Kangkong was fresh, soft and crispy when it matters but its portion size wasn’t much. Lechon Fried Rice was delicious but didn’t offer much for its price tag of Php 77!

the place has new management and is definitely better than before.

generally, i don't like/enjoy lechon but cebu lechon is a whole other story. my dad is regularly sent to cebu to audit plants and he never forgets to buy lechon. it's always so good! you don't need sauce because you could really taste the flavor of the meat and they really soft - even a guy with false teeth won't have a problem eating it. haha

so going back, I ordered their crispy lechon and it can definitely be an alternative to cebu lechon. the meat is soft and flavorful buuuut skin is crispy! *crunch*

definitely going back and just making this review makes me feel like i want to have one right now. haha
