That one is the baboyramo (wildboar) tapa.
My goodness. The marinade is super strong cant distinguish the meat taste.
Well, lower rating cause it does taste and look like the tapang usa (deer)
Advise to use toyo mansi as your dip.

Here again with another friend who's curious about deer meat. 128540
But we now ordered the mixed pansit to go with our tapang usa. The noodles were really salty. Cannot have it with just this dish. Need rice precaution! And calamnsi to make it bearable to eat just that dish.
I just found out that they do also sell abodong pugo or quail! 128513128521

Deer me! We've gotten a new found lunch place. It's filipino and it's kinda exotic. Kallesa's ambiance is pretty much like after twelve's however this place is cooler than the latter. Wooden seats that has the capacity of about 100 pax. Smoke anywhere place--i mean it's non air conditioned. Parking space can accomodate upto 10 SUVs

Deer me talaga cause they serve deer (usa) meat. They also have wild boar (baboy damo) and horse (kabayo) and the least exotic goat (kambing) meat. They serve it tapa style and they a silog options to go with your meat.

A red meat. Has a pungent smell. The taste.. I cant distinguish it from its original venison taste cause it was heavily marinated. Well, the taste was like smoked ham! And the venison was super tender. If you havent tried any deer meet, try it heer. 128514
Oh. There's the bulalo. Not so high classed pero pwede na. I can taste the seasoning. Knorr cubes. The meat was abundant--and not tough at all!

The music surrounds the place loudly. At that time they were playing the retros.
I will be back to conquer horse and wild boar meat.
