A sidetrip to Kanin Club QC featuring this hefty hill of Sinangag na Sinigang... dry sinigang fried rice with pork liempo and vegee tempura...couldn't really imagine sinigang without soup but hey this deconstructed version is quite good, and I don't think it only serves 2 128522128522128522paired with their Crispy Dinuguan which I was convinced to eat hehehe plain-looking on the outside but once you get a bite of those deep fried crunchy pork cubes with the pork blood stew that's where the magic comes in 128522128522128522and then the truly flavorful #itsibitsi sigarilyas, bitswelas sauteed with beef! This is the part where we could shout " extra rice pleaseeee" 12852210084128077🏻

Crispy dinuguan is crazy good! I am a big fan of dinuguan it's weird but it's my comfort food so decided to visit Kanin club for the crispy dinuguan. At first I was expecting it to be like bagnet or lechon kawali with dinuguan i was wrong. It was Chicharon with dinuguan 128513. It was crazily good. Deadly but good I highly recommend it. As of the moment I'm eating it just that and rice. I try to limit myself now with one dish per meal. So you'll Hear a lot from me now.

Crispy Pata is heavenly and one the better tasty Pata I've tried. The crispy dinuguan is a first that I have encountered, really good and so is the sinigang sinangag Na rice- a bit sour since sinigang nga. The place is cozy, nice decors. The food is slightly salty as common with Filipino cuisine.

Aside from Abe, I think Kanin Club is one of the most promising Filipino restaurants in Manila. Not only do they consistently serve great quality food, they are reasonably priced as well.

We always get the Sinangag na Sinigang (which I think Neil's Kitchen copied 1285179996🏻️) and Crispy dinuguan. But this time, I'm reviewing their Turon KC, simply because it's the best thing ever! It is in fact an updated version of your old traditional turon with generous amounts of purple yam jam, coconut strips, langka, munggo beans and bananas wrapped in rice paper roll. I can only consume a quarter as it is quite filling but it's something I'd always come back for.

I was able to try their Crispy Dinuguan and their tilapja. Nothing to write home about... fairly standard pinoy food fare. Not great, not horrid... strictly middle of the road.

Awesome food with a native pinoy vibe of the place.
To be honest, I don't know anything that was on the menu but the Kinilaw was the best!!! The turon w/ halo-halo inside was the perfect ender for that delicious heavy meal.

Will definitely be back for more! 128077
