I know that most of us would agree in this. Breakfast food at anytime of the day can never go wrong, right? Who would not want to devour on the comforting smell and taste of some of our favorite silogs? Who would not want to eat all the milky pancakes there are paired with some creamy scrambled at any time of the day?

Hush no more! Kanto Freestyle Breakfast is here for all of our needs and wants! May it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they do have loads of items to offer that will surely make you want to come back for them, again and again.

It has been a number of times already when I've visited this not so typical eatery located at one of the not so busy street of Mandaluyong. They serve your food in gourmet, classy style as they show it through their presentation.

This branch at Mandaluyong started out small, it's as of the space is just a small porch where the area can be occupied by both smokers and non-smokers. This. non-air conditioned area is smaller compared to their mini air-conditioned area that's quite far from the kitchen area. Very simple, casual and welcoming feels can be felt by everyone who visit Kanto Freestyle Breakfast.

Nicely presented, deliciously looking and yummy in every way, we ordered Kanto Freestyle Breakfast's Peanut Butter and Banana Pancakes for 95 pesos and their version of Deep Fried Oreos for 60 pesos only.

The all time breakfast pancake meal that was served generously and of course beautifully can actually be shared. The pancakes were fluffy and milky so it will really be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. I liked the sweetness of the bananas that matched well with the thick and creamy peanut butter spread, making everything so yummy altogether!

It was also my first time to try their Deep Fried Oreos and I can say that it is not bad at all! The batter smelled good and was really delicious. Paired with huge and fresh Oreo cookies, this combination never fails. Just make sure that you drink loads of water after as it can be sweet, maybe too sweet for some.

Aside from the variety of tasty and affordable items in their menu, I love how they put much effort in presenting their meals a top notch higher and of course never forgetting to emphasize on its tastiness too.

Definitely, I will come back again and again, that is for sure!

Breakfast food at anytime of the day can never go wrong, right? Who would not want to milky and creamy scrambled eggs paired with soft and good smelling pancakes at any time of the day?

Kanto Freestyle Breakfast offers these kind of items that will surely make you want to come back for them, again and again.

My first ever experience with this restaurant was at their branch at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City at the Intrepid Cafeteria.

I visited Kanto Freestyle Breakfast at Mandaluyong. Nicely presented, deliciously looking and yummy in every way, Kanto Freestyle Breakfast's Peanut Butter Pancakes are the bomb!

For almost 120php, you can enjoy this all time breakfast meal that is served generously and can actually be shared.

I love how they put much effort in presenting their meals a top notch higher and of course never forgetting to emphasize on its tastiness too.

The peanut butter was so tasty and the bananas tasted really fresh. The combination with the pancakes creaminess and milkiness made everything so yum!

Will come back again and again for sure!

I went back after almost a month hoping for another awesome breakfast. The goal was try different dishes so as much as I wanted to go for their honey garlic fried chicken again I chose to order Pampanga Tocino and Tuyo with Kesong Puti instead.

For a lesser cost, the waiter suggested to get the Tuyo and Kesong Puti from Freestyle breakfast (ala carte) and the Pampanga Tocino from the Kanto Boy Breakfast (meal) to also avail of their two sunny side up eggs, garlic rice and tomato pesto. I paired my breakfast with a hot cup of Karamel Macchiato.

My hometown (Santa Cruz, Laguna) makes mean tocino and their Pampanga Tocino did not go to that level. I must admit I still appreciated the sweetness and I'm happy with the garlic rice and sunny side up eggs.

I was excited to try the Tuyo and Kesong Puti. Two breakfast food I will welcome on my plate in any given day. Sadly, my expectation was more than what it delivered. I liked how the tuyo was fried and it had the exact chewiness I was looking for. After devouring half of it my palate became itchy.

Kesong puti is a pride of my home town. Our yearly festival was even named after it so I can prolly say I know how to spot a good one. The kesong puti needs to be more lenient in texture and it tasted (almost) bland. Maybe its supposed to balance the tuyo's saltiness but a little more salt will not hurt the customer's tongue .

You can probably tell it's just a three-star breakfast experience but I have to add another star for their customer service. I already ran out of rice but I still have enough tocino and tuyo so I asked if I can only order half cup of their garlic rice. I know it's a stupid question and expected the "No" response. Lo and behold the waiter decided to give me an extra cup free of charge! It was more than enough but I ate every grain of rice on my plate to show my appreciation.

I'm not sure what came to the waiter's head but Good Job!πŸ€—

My first Kanto Freestyle experience!

We got there around 7pm - the place was closed because they were cleaning and doing some electric works. We had to stay for at least an hour for them to open. After 10 mins of waiting, there were like 5 -10 people outside with us and they just kept coming.

We got the best table in the house , I picked the one near the counter. I tried Vigan longganisa. It was not sweet but it was garlicky just the way I like it. I had to skip the egg....

Also tried deep fried Oreos - 4stars for that. Also the suman with chocolate dip - 4 stars as well.

Good service and affordable food. I will surely come back! 128522

Had to drive my mom and her sisters to the airport earlier. I probably woke up around 3am so my tummy was in need of refilling. I was thinking of a foodie kind of resto to try and thankfully, Kanto Freestyle Breakfast popped in my mind.

I've known its existence from the start being an active user of |ooloo. For some reason I never had the chance to try Kanto until now. So yeah, It has been on my list far too long.

I park a block away from Kanto's location. As I walk near, the scent of fried goodies welcomed my nostrils. A symphony of tapa, bacon and chicken. That moment I knew right away I chose the right place for breakfast.

It was past 6am but the place was packed when I arrived! I caught some words from the crowd's convo so I immediately had an idea that most of them are from the BPO industry. Well, who would be live and awake at this hour right?

I didn't bother to look at the reviews. I checked what most people are eating and decided to join the bandwagon.

Honey Garlic Chicken (95 pesos) was the crowd's favorite. It was served with garlic rice, two tomatoes with pesto and aioli dip. The chicken's size was adequate. Crispy on the outside while retaining the juicy meat inside. The garlic taste was present. A good portion of honey was placed under the chicken. Their aioli dip was made to my liking and added another level of garlic enjoyment on the dish.

I also tried their fried Oreos (60 pesos and caramel macchiato (75 pesos). Both were just alright. The caramel macchiato was overwhelmed with milk. I would have liked it more if the deep taste of coffee was eminent. The fried Oreos was a nice end to my meal but there was nothing fancy to remember.

All in all, I was satisfied with Kanto and another visit is not a slim chance. I hope to bring a larger group next time to get a better taste of their menu.

Another five star food from their menu. You may want to add extra rice because of the large chop in front of you. Mouth watering!!! 128540

Nicely presented, deliciously looking and yummy in every way, Kanto Freestyle Breakfast's Hashbrown with Poached Eggs and Tomato is the bomb!

For less than a 100php, you can enjoy this all time meal with its crispy, not oily hash browns, perfectly poached eggs on the top and the tomatoes with pesto that balance the meal's taste.

I love how they put much effort in presenting their meals a top notch higher and of course never forgetting to emphasize on its tastiness too.

Will come back again and again for sure!

All day breakfast in a gourmet presentation for a price a little over a hundred? Usually, I would say impossible. But, not until I've been to Kanto Freestyle. Their servings are hefty, their presentation is of class, their serving is big, their food is tasty and their price, oh well, it's really within your means. The photo above includes their famous garlic chicken which is delicious, tapa which is tender and spanish sardines tempura which is crunchy and tasty. We're all satisfied and full with our orders. Really satisfied! The story of how this small cafeteria around the corner became one of the most talked about dining option will also inspire you to give a chance in doing what you really love. I'm recommending this to everyone! Young, old, breakfast lover or not, big spender or frugal, whatever your trip is, when you're nearby a Kanto Freestyle store, make sure to try! Usual dining, but great dining experience.

Food tasted okay but is priced way more than it should be. The New Zealand Tapa stood up to its claim but I think it’s still overpriced. At the rates they are going, they could have at least have the place air-conditioned.

I love their pancakes! Their goya ganache pancake is topnotch! Whenever my friends and I eat here we usually order the new zanigan tapa and their pancakes. The food is great and the place is comfy enough. They just recently renovated the place hence there is now more chair and table for the customer and they would always greet you "good morning" haha

The serving size is more than enough to fill you up while the prices stay so very humble despite already becoming one of the best breakfast places in the metro. The quality of food is superb as always and the service is great.
