It was my first time here and while i was looking at the menu, I heard the customers around me and they were all ordering this honey garlic chicken. So i decided to try it, there's no "WOW" factor but I'm not disappointed with my meal, but i don't like the coffee, it tastes like 3-1 coffee with ice.

We decided to go here kasi we wanted to explore Poblacion and my friend and I love breakfast food and we can have it anytime of the day. The place was not air-conditioned but it was cool sa dami ng electric fans. Haha

i ordered their New Zealand Beef tapa while my friend had their Honey Garlic Chicken and for "dessert" we had their Chocnut Goya ganache pancakes because according to the server, they were their best sellers.

The serving was more than enough for one hungry person. The tapa wasn't that extraordinary.. but the meat was tender and its was served with a ga-bundok na garlic rice. My friend said that their chicken was sweet but not that garlicky.

What we both enjoyed were the pancakes. Not light and fluffy, but thats how we both liked it to be. Not so much chocnut, but the ganache was good!

Will still comeback here next time to try the tuyo flakes with quesong puti and their waffles!

I've been wanting to try Kanto Freestyle Breakfast even before it reached Makati, but haven't had the chance to visit its branch in Kapitolyo. So I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they now have a branch near where I live. So one Saturday morning, decided to have breakfast here with a friend 128522

Took a Uber to get here, and almost got lost because the place looked like a typical house hosting a birthday party in its small garden 128514. The place just had a small signage that confirmed that this was indeed Kanto Freestyle Breakfast. Oh, and the place was situated at P. Burgos corner San Mateo Sts., so it was literally located in a "kanto." Cool 128526.

Anyway, upon getting there, I ordered their Spam and Eggs, my friend the Vigan Longganisa, plus two cups of Kapeng Barako. The coffee was served first which surprisingly tasted great (I was expecting a watered-down coffee, to be honest). The flavor was strong but not too much that it was migraine-inducing.

Our meals took quite a while before it was served (as in I already finished my coffee) and they're lucky we weren't "hangry" nor in a hurry. Overall, there's nothing amazing about my spam and two sunny side up eggs; I would have been able to prepare it at home by myself. The longganisa on the other hand, tasted better. Good thing the total bill only cost around PHP300 or I would have been really annoyed. Haha.

Surprisingly the place was packed. Maybe because it was breakfast time, the place was open 24/7, or the food was cheap--from my end though, it was worth one shot, but I'm in no hurry to go back here.

Eto na ata pinaka matinong 24/7 breakfast place sa Metro Manila. Ang mura pa niya like nga less than 120 yung food tas busog ka na. Ang creative at instagrammble pa yung pagkain. Sulit and value for money. Maganda yung Kanto Freestyle sa Makati compared sa Ortigas malapit lang siya sa Red Light District. #Halloolooween2016

One of the struggles of having branches from different locations is maintainig the same quality and taste, and since I've been a fan of kanto freestyle breakfast the taste and quality is very distinct that i couldn't seem to avoid comparing this branch to kapitolyo, since makati is the newest branch and the nearest one in my house i tried it and compared to kapitolyo, i think kapitolyo's pancakes are better, but don't worry they still got that signature taste and i still liked it 128077🏻 also i would like to give credit on their service given that the demand is so high they're still able to manage to provide good quality service and not to mention giving more than what we pay for 128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻

I don't have to cross the bridge to Mandaluyong anymore - this one's right across the street from me! The place is a bit more posh than the street side tables/stools in Mandaluyong. Food is the same, although serving seems smaller. I can't wait for them to be open 24/7 - right now, they're only open from 4pm to 12mn.

The place is bigger than the one in mandaluyong but the taste is a different matter. I like it, yes, but the mandaluyong branch serves better food.

The service is ok and the crew, they are very accomodating. #foodtrails
