Since I'm not a fan of noodles, I preferred to eat their Chilled Coffee Jelly for dessert. This isn't too sweet and the coffee jelly had a taste of green tea which gives this yummy treat a different kind of twist. 128077128077128077 yum yum!

Quick dinner after an errand in the area. The folks picked out the place.

On the table
čö╣Braised Beef Noodle Soup - hearty and tasty. One of the bestsellers and we even took home an order for my sister who was under the weather.
čö╣Delicious Chicken w/ Chinese Pepper Gravy - crispy skin and moist meat. You could really tell that they used Chinese herbs or spices.
čö╣Minced Pork and Olives w/ French Beans - they loved how this tasted. The veggies were crunchy, couldn't figure out which were the olives. There was a distinct smell and taste that I couldn't put my finger on. Screams Chinese cuisine.
čö╣Sauteed Garlic Broccoli - simple yet flavorful. Great for people who love veggies.

Truth be told, nothing popped out while I was going over the menu so I let the parentals decide. Overall, the food was ok.

*their portion of a cup of rice is quite hefty
**they served a complimentary fried mystery dish. My guess is it was fish skin.

Always felt this resto is underrated. Anyways, for me, this is the best place to go to for your noodle fix. Liked the plain noodles the best. Oh by the way, noodles are hand-pulled 128522

Their hand pulled noodles be in dry or soup together with flavoring specially beef is the best seller. Nodlles is perfect to me hindi maanta like others. Since im on a diet I ordered for the first time garlic vegetable good taste their serving is more than enough for one person. All of these for a reasonable price.

Our manager decided to have a mini field trip to where our office would relocate by the end of the year. We had to check the travel time from the old office, find possible ways to get there, look for parking spaces.. But most importantly, to check out food establishments!!! 128514

We agreed to meet in Kanzhu for lunch. It was my first time here so I really did not know what to order. I also didn't have time to research, so I just asked the server for the bestseller.

I decided to go with their A1 Braised Beef Dry Noodles. Service took quite a long time, and some of my officemates ordered half an hour head of us, but still got their food after ours.

The beef, albeit only a few pieces, were really flavorful and tender. The noodles, however, were a bit too tough to chew. I don't know if that's how it is because it is also my first time having hand-pulled noodles. 128517 I still finished everything because I was already famished. 128514

Would I go back? Maybe not anytime soon.

Sad to say this wouldn't be on the top of my list when we finally move to Silver City. 128517

This was my second visit and I wanted to try their non-noodle dish. I got the Pork and Chive Dumpling and the Crispy Lemon Chicken --- both are good. Serving is sufficient for 2-3 people, therefore great value for money.

Service for me was just so-so, with the server seemingly projecting an impatient mood. Perhaps she was just stressed or having a bad day.

Sunny side up egg? Nope! This is all that remains of my 165 peso braised beef noodle soup. For the price it's super duper uber sulit! Service also was quick and efficient. Nice place to have around if you're on a budget and are lazy to cook. Definitely leaps and bounds better than instant noodles!

All I wanted after a long and tiring day at school was a hot bowl of soup and noodles. Ramon L and I each ordered a bowl of Braised Beef Noodle Soup (Php 165), and because I was feeling a little extra indulgent, a 500mL Milk Tea (Php 75, add Php 15 for pearls).

I guess you can put Kanzh┼ź on my list of go-to restaurants on long (and cold!) days, because the Braised Beef Noodle Soup never fails to warm me up and make me happy. The noodles are firm, and chewy. The beef is tender, and the broth is flavorful.

The milk tea was pretty good, but I would've preferred it less sweet. I usually ask for 50% sweetness when I'm in a milk tea shop. It slipped off my mind to ask for reduced sweetness, although I will definitely remember to next time I visit.

I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup, my boyfriend ordered the Sliced Beef Noodle Soup.

Okay. Props for their noodles, because they really were handpulled. The texture was nice because it was firm.

But that's about it.

Because my soup tasted like coriander soup. The taste was so overwhelming that when I put chili sauce in it, it was like nothing happened! And to top it all off, when I tasted my boyfriend's soup, it tasted absolutely the same. Lol.

I think the fried noodles (beef) were too salty, and the noodle soup (mixed seafood) was a little.. Dead to the taste buds. I liked the dimsum and the teas though! The salt and pepper squid wasn't crispy, and it had more of a calamares-like feel. Didn't exude the flavor either.

Wonderful A1 noodles! Always my favorite here. Chewy and soft noodles with tender beef in a rich sauce, with a helping of fresh garlic.

Their lamb dumplings are also very good! So are their Beef Fried Noodles. We always order these two for take-out if we have family gatherings at home. Very fulfilling and affordable!

Service speed is average, though I'm commending our server for memorizing all our orders! Mind you, we just said the code name (like A1, C3, etc), and he'd tell us what exactly our orders were. Very good!

Was craving for something hot and savory so opted to have lunch here today. At least it's close to my next stop.

They really do have good beef noodles. Their braised beef is really flavorful. Their fresh hand pulled noodles are good too. I just think it didn't absorb the broth much so I usually had to follow it quickly with a sip of the broth. The broth was really good. And the chives and basil leaves helped take out the umay flavor of the beef.

I also got their green apple fruit juice. OMG Ang Sarap. 128077
