After been stuck in traffic for a number of hours, we decided to have a snack at this resto. We ordered California Maki (195PHp), Ika Yakitori (125PHp) and Butabar Yakitori (95PHp).

Good spot for drinking with Japanese pulutan.

Spicy Tuna Cravings satisfied!
I was desperately looking for any japanese resto in Fort area since I was craving for tuna or salmon sashimi. I saw Katsu (right across my office) and bought their Spicy Tuna Salad. It costs around 300 pesos and it tastes good!

Fyi - i ordered take out 128522

Since I am on a no-rice diet, I stuck with the Tori Karaage (Fried Chicken) and the salmon sashimi. Chicken was crunchy and crispy, and serving size was good. Salmon sashimi, nothing special...they're not as juicy as I wanted them to be. All in all, good food, albeit a little pricey (my friends paid 700+ per person for their orders).

So excited to have found an alternative Jap resto (near the office) for my Spicy Tuna Salad and California Maki fix!128513 I would say it's even better than Jipan's, and at par with John and Yoko.

A friend and I ordered the Spicy Tuna Salad (which they call Spicy Tuna with Tempura Flakes), California Maki, Negima, Butabara, a cup of rice, and Asahi beer. It was a hearty dinner but quite expensive--our total bill was a little more than PHP1,000.

Ambiance was a bit dark with red lights. I'd take the bright and breezy feel anytime, but this is understandable, given that this is a Japanese bar and restaurant. Service was good. What I appreciated was that even though my friend and I stayed long l after we finished our food, they didn't make us feel like we already had to leave.

Overall, it was a nice dining experience 128522

The sushi was ok. Sadly, gyudon was a flop. Quite pricy for the flavor. There are other places better, but I'm guessing this feedback is based on just these two items. I may try some more, but not too soon.

Lovely Day -Bill Withers 127911127911

Capped the night (2AM) at Katsu as it's the only place open in the strip and no customers. SOLO!

Got myself a few bottles of Stallion with California Maki which was delicious and their Ebi Tempura. The batter wasn't too much and just enough to support the meat. It was good and light.

Great service. Kasi ako lang customer haha

Dragon Roll is to die for! 128522 Their Spicy Tuna Salad's great too! Their Katsu's are not to bad either. A bit pricey for the quality of food but all in all a good dining experience. 128522 Just had to give them 4 stars because there bugs in the restaurant. 128563

The sauce for the chicken teriyaki was fabulous, but everything else was mediocre or disappointing.

The teriyaki sauce was sweet, but it was probably homemade so the caramel flavor was strong and outstanding. While I pointed at the lunch teriyaki bento when I ordered, I only received teriyaki with some veggies. No rice even. My daughter had sushi which was fine.

Service was slow. Paint is peeling from the walls. Our table/food was being assaulted by a couple if black flies that were distracting.

It might be a better at night, outside, or for cocktails, but a pass for lunch.

Best amaretto sour in manila by far!! And sake bombs here are awesome as well!! And if try their yakitori too. Can get enough that this place serves the best amaretto sour in the world! 128516 what is exag? Me. But really, by far this is the best place that serves great tasting amaretto sour. The verdict 5 out of 5!

Came here because my wife hadn't eaten lunch and was craving Japanese food. Ordered 2 rolls... Pretty good tho. Also ordered Japanese fried chicken, although the tori no karaage was not crunchy and a bit oily

Kind of like my default hang out since moving to Fort. I guess I could say I love it. I love their amaretto sours, lychee amaretto, my default snack of kakiage and the quail eggs 9786

Went to dinner here before going to urbn with some friends.

It's actually the first time that i heard about this place. Not sure if it's just new.

The location of the resto was perfect. I liked the cozy ambiance and the feel of the place. However, the food was off. We shared an order of sushi and i ordered gyudon for my main. They both didn't taste good.

This could've gotten 4 stars if the service wasn't sooo slow. The place was nice for my barkada Christmas dinner.

I liked the 10sticks chicken yakitori and the dynamite roll on the maki platter (almost tasted like Kenji tei's kani maki which is the best, btw). Of course, the makis were so heavy... Good thing it was served last 'cause, for sure, we wouldn't enjoy the rest of our orders if the maki came first.

I didn't try the katsu but my friends said Yabu's and Saboten's katsu are way better. One of my friends even said Katsu should change their name.128514

We also ordered buy1, take1 lychee martini but it was badly mixed- mine was so strong with alcohol and my friend's tasted like lychee juice.128529
