It's unfortunate how one of the biggest restaurant chains (2nd to McDonalds in sales) have deteriorated. Gone are the krushers (blamed on the suppliers/machine), twister fries and efficient service. The speed of customer service has obviously dwindled and yet people still come back for only one reason and its showed on the picture of this review. Admittedly this reviewer is a chicken monster, ergo ad long as its a leg part then surely it would be gone in a manner of minutes. Every devoured chicken at KFC just makes you forget any problems or stress that your encountering. Its just that good no matter what branch you consume it.

We all have to give respect to Harland Sanders and his original recipe of 11 herbs and spices for bringing the enigmatic, recognizable and tastiest chicken around which has lasted since its 1st franchise in Utah back in 1952. If only the restaurant would bring back its winning ways of attracting customers. Almost every branch disappoints. The chicken will always be there, 5 stars (heck I'd give a 6!) the rating is for the overall lack of the KFC organization for most of its lackluster quality performance of its staff, lack of certain items and almost untidy branches. If "Col. Sanders" were alive to visit any branch here he would most likely shake his head and put his hands to cover his eyes in shame...pondering...asking what went wrong. We chicken lovers as well would empathize his dismay.

What could've made this visit better?!

If they did not run out of chicken!

My mom was craving for their bucket meal and we were all so excited to grab one. My mom planned to have it taken home so she joined the queue of customers. When it was already her turn, she was informed that they ran out of chicken!

Please be more prepared next holiday season.
