I visited this Thai resto place near the cinema of Festival mall before when the Thai owner was seated manning the place and the servers were quite attentive. However just today July 21, 2017 Fri around 8pm I visited this again and the servers were rude and unattentive. I was standing right infront of the counter and they werent welcoming at all.Like I didnt exist. I was asking where I could order and nobody answered. The girl in the counter kept looking down like she never heard anything..The other boys around didnt even offer to help after asking several times. I can pay good money in this resto and I'm a professional who tried to ask them nicely where I could order and nobody answered. The worst part is they just kept looking at me.INobody else is ordering so it's no excuse to treat a customer. I've never felt ignored like that. Ive tried other more expensive or budget Thai restos which had way better customer service. So I decided to leave and not order anymore. I think they are only nice when their Thai boss is present. This is unacceptable! If I could rate this a zero I would.Ive even downloaded this app just to post this review which I seldom does. Definitely would not recommend this to friends!

Lately, we have been going to the Khuat Thai for lunch. There are actually two Khua Thai branches in Festival Mall. The first one is at the fourth floor near the cinema and the other one is at the ground floor near SaveMore. So what is the difference? The one at the cinema is cheaper by a few pesos and has limited seating. The one at the ground floor is a full blown restaurant so that must be why it is a bit expensive (but not that much 128522 don't worry, you are good with either branches).

So we dined at the 4th Floor Khuat Thai and I ordered #4. I forgot what's the name of this dish but it is similar to Pad Thai but with black bean paste and beef. It is pretty delicious and offers an alternative if you don't want Pad Thai anymore. Don't mind the chili powder, it is not actually spicy.

You pay as your order here. You also get to choose a lot from their menu and price ranges from P100-P150 per dish. You also get a free glass of iced tea with every meal. It's not that expensive and at the same time, the food is delicious.

As mentioned earlier, limited seating. There's about 4 to 5 tables (I think) that can seat a maximum of four per table. If you plan to go by lunch break, go early because this place tends to get packed. If you are not able to get a seat, try your luck at their ground floor branch.

Had a simple dinner with my friends. Unplanned actually.

Straight to the point Thai food.. This joint deserves a good review because they do serve good food.

We've dined here a couple of times and we've had great food every time. Price ranges from P100 to around P140 per meal (without drinks).
We love their Pad Thai.

This store is just outside Cinema 10 of Festival Supermall and shares the same area as the cinema food kiosk. If you're looking for a little privacy, they have a new store also within Festival Mall, located just beside Filbars - near SaveMore.

Seats are very limited though as they have only around five tables that can seat 4 people each.

Sorry but I didn't even remember the food I ordered. There was no Thai kick from it. It tasted like typical SILOG from carinderia only it was served with some mango slices and a badly-cooked egg priced at P160.

I also had their specialty drink, Thai Milk Tea which was also depressing.

I'm giving this place 2 STARS because the server was really nice and she deserves the credit. My review may seem repugnant but I'm just basing from the food I ordered.9996
