This store is close already? :( I passed by and it's gone now. Well this place was neat, really clean but the price is too much.

The service is great. The servers are fast enough and the place is amazing. But the prices are too expensive if you compare it with the servings. The food are great but the prices are too pricey.

Its my first time at this resto, Its Ok. I ordered their hot stone rice bowl, which is literally made of stone but not hot, the Korean style fried chicken. It contains crispy breaded fried chicken bite size pieces, steamed bean sprouts, fried anchovies in sesame oil, 1 whole sunny side up egg, on top of a big serving of steamed rice with their special sauce. It looks like bibimbap for me minus the spicy sauce. I didn't enjoy the taste so much its kinda bland for me, but the serving is really big, and it only costs Php 165.00. With that you get 1 free banchan, their appetizer. It was just ok for me 'cause I have eaten authentic korean food which is really soooo good!

We had a bad experienced in this branch at first the server get our order correctly but when the food came to us they serve the wrong food. Then after that they changed my order but the server just dropped it without care so our table moved like the glasses of water were about to spilled because of how the server dropped the food. After dat we asked for the bill but then again they gave the wrong bill again...one more thing is you have service charge but we cant received good service they're not even smiling they're just chit chatting at the POS side all of your staff were not smiling. Train your staff to be attentive...thanks though

It is the usual Kogi Bulgogi experience.. But something nice that they offer.. If you reach 1000++ in your running bill you are entitled of free bibimbap.. 128077🏻

L128525VE the interior of this branch so welcoming
Clean and shabby....

Craving for Kalbitang, apparently it's not available at this moment, was S128532D cause that's my favorite... so I ordered premium bibimbop instead for 285 not bad! Service is good. Free banchan and free refill

Wow north! Haha128540 had a meeting in gateway so decided to have dinner here too. The last time I was here was a few years back during Sting's concert so I've totally forgotten the restos.
We checked out their info map and wasn't really keen on trying anything, most of the choices we also had in the south. Was about to go to Cibo when we saw Kogi. Checked out the prices and they weren't bad Sa we went in.
Interiors are quirky, mostly industrial chic with pops of red. Studied the menu and we settled on the prime beef bibimbap (in picture) a side of stew (forgot the name but it was good), a side of bulgogi beef and cold spinach salad.
The salad arrived right away along with a few side dishes. The the bibimbap arrived several minutes later. It was served in a hot stone bowl with a raw egg so you've to mix it right away. Soup came next as well. The bulgogi was last to arrive maybe because they had to heat the sizzling plate.
Food was generally good but may tamis factor, even in the bibimbap. Had to ask for sesame oil with salt and pepper to cut through the taste. Bulgogi is understandably sweet but even the bibimbap? Soup was good, spicy but it grows on you. Spinach serving was quite generous.
Servers are attentive and polite. They readily refilled our water glasses.
Overall, my experience was good at this resto, food is just a tad too sweet for me 128522

Some workmates and I decided to have dinner here last week.

This Korean place looks more like a coffee shop than a restaurant. Red, white and wood accents with artfully decorated shelves and walls. It was really pretty.

However, when we went in, no-one attended to us and when we stood around awkwardly, one of the waiters unceremoniously flicked his hand towards a table without even looking at us. Okay then. We sat down and still no one was attending to us. There were only a few other tables aside from us. We had to get their attention, with much effort. Finally, we got a hold of the menu. We were asking some questions when the waiter just straight up moved away and ignored us. Like what. Really bad service. And this was not just one employee. Everyone we encountered in this restaurant acted this way (about 4 waiters). This continued for the duration of our dinner. Tsk.

In addition, sides were refillable only once, and even then, one of the servers begrudgingly did it.

As for the food, wait was a bit long, prices ranged from 100-200+ to 300-400+ mostly. We had the samgyupsal, beef rice bowl and the beef ssambap (lettuce wrap). The samgyupsal and the beef rice bowl contained small servings and were dry and sad. The only fairly good thing we ordered was the beef lettuce wrap (pictured). Beef strips were thick and flavorful and delicious. Lettuce was nice and fresh.

However, that or the ambiance wasn't enough for me to like this place. I really hope they work on improving their service.

Food
With limited complimentary sides.

Ordered this ramen-type noodle soup. The overall taste was okay; however, beef pieces tasted like its quality has been compromised (really stale tasting!); and it looks literally came from trimmings! The noodle - instant type! Literally and figuratively.

Service
Bad. Customers request wasn't given correctly. Crews weren't attentive and sensitive to our needs.

Cleanliness
Fair.

Price
It's a good filler. That's all. 128557128557128557

Bulgogi + kimchi rice + japchae FTW! Great meal, average service and some Korean ice cream to cap the night!

So I'm giving this branch 11088110881108811088

Since I had a great experience at the Eastwood branch, I was looking forward to eating at Kogi Bulgogi again.

I liked the interiors of this branch better. Very hip wall decor and spacious seating. They also play Kpop music.

We ordered the Ramyeon (level 1 spicy, really good flavor, soup is steaming hot when served), Dak Gui Ssam (chicken is flavored and cooked perfectly, goes well with the sauces served on the side), and Korean style fried chicken rice bowl (average-tasting).

We were served two sets of side dishes while waiting for our orders. We asked again for the bean sprouts, eggplant with chicken, and sweet peanut side dishes. It was disappointing because we were informed that we only get a one-time refill when it used to be unlimited. If you'd like additional lettuce, too, for the Dak Gui Ssam, you now have to pay 50php when it used to be free.

First time I ever loved a Korean resto! Not a fun of veggies and spicy food but Kogi Bulgogi made me love it. I love everything in their menu especially their bulgogi. Albeit, I would give 4 stars to their Samgyupsal Lettuce Wrap cos' the pork is a bit hard (It's fried not grilled). But I like that their lettuce is oh-so fresh. Last but not the least. Love their interior and ambience. So cozy it's like you're in a cafe.

Pork that comes with the ssambap was not tender at all and very dry. I have also tried some of the other items in their menu but so far there's nothing that would make me come back. Ambiance was good. Customer service was good. They allowed us to order half fried and half steamed dumplings as starters.

A place where you can eat the best tuna roll. Okay, I loved Kogi Bulgogi Gateway but haven't tried other branches. The place' ambience will give you a nostalgic feeling, Idk why. Masarap yung mga food so far, plus unlimited banchan. Hehe! Except for the chap chae, its too salty for me. Mejo lumiliit na yung serving ng Bibimbap nila, I guess hindi maitaas yung price that's why. 128517

I've underestimated their korean version of fried chicken that looked like pork but is garnished with a special sauce. Its only P149 (plus vat) but it tasted sooo good. It came with a sunny side up and 2 delish toge and fried anchovies on top. I was surprised to have a couple of side dish like those 2 small potatoes dipped in sweet brine. There's also kimchi (which was so spicy), another set of toge, cucumber basked in vinegar, tofu in soy sauce and that last choice I had in mind - the beans which I thought would just be bland but as soon as it touched my taste buds...wow! Sweetness! Loved every bite of this meal. :)

We ordered the bibimbap, chicken bibimbap, ginseng chicken and the beef lettuce wraps. Big servings enough to sure. Not that expensive. Ok taste. Service should be improved.

I admit of being a kpop fan but to only one company (yg), got me smiling to see that they are playing their concert of their popular groups. Place was cozy however not good with their service. Still love their california roll but the pork ssam wrap was good too however the sauce that was served that time they only have small amount on it. Wish they could have like a dispenser on the table.

Not so thrilled with this Korean place. The ambiance is great but not commensurate to the dishes they have to offer. The kids think so too. This is incomparable to Silla that oozes with authenticity. We had ssmap wrap, dolsot bibimbap, cal maki and beef kalbi. They had fresh lettuce for the wrap but the meat was not tender at all...not pustiso friendly 128540 It was challenging eating that! The kalbi with rice was scrimpy...lots of rice but the viand? Ugh! What was the saving grace? The kids saying that maybe the chef was having a bad day, it was late lunch and we'll try again next time....hmmm, maybe...and that's a big MAYBE! I guess the old adage don't judge a book by its cover applies here ...this is the first place I gave a 2 stars and I'm really not so happy in doing so...maybe in a months time we will come back ...
