Loved the fresh veggies in the sandwich. 128525 The lettuce and tomato were crunchy, fresh, and juicy! I was just a bit confused since in the menu it says "roasted chicken sandwich" but it was more of a chicken salad sandwich. The bread slices they use looks a bit small at first but the slice is quite thick, enough to hold the generous filling. One serving is Php160 - ok price for the serving and primarily because of the fresh veggies that came with it.

The order also came with side fries which was lightly salted and very crunchy too.

I think the place is popular for their cakes so I have to try those next when I fully recover from all the holiday indulgence. 128513

I get off the Ayala bus, this is the first place I see. I thought, it was a cookie place. So, I braved the resto today and tried their cookies. For 25php each, they were heavenly.

So, I asked a friend to eat with me here today. The food ranged from 120-200 were great. The portions were enough to satisfy us. Plus the color combination of the place makes you hungry -- brown, green and orange.

We'd definitely go back here to sample the cakes and the other food on the menu. Can't wait!

It's been a while since I've eaten here but its good to know that things haven't changed. Good food at an affordable price - that's what this place offers. The desserts are above par. The place is a tad bit small but if you're there at 12nn for lunch you'd more often than not be able to get a table.

Kooky and Luscious' version of the BLT just shows that this hole-in-a-wall restaurant at the heart of Ayala Avenue really serves good food. Known more for cakes and pastries, Kooky and Luscious serves sandwiches, full meals and great coffee. This cool place is a perfect hideaway for those seeking a cozy place to dine.

This is actually the first time that i tried out their BLT and at P125, this BLT is one of the best I've tried. The bread size, although smaller than the usual loaf, is actually thick. There is a choice between white and wheat bread. I had white, toasted bread for my BLT.

The lettuce and tomato slice is crisp-fresh (you can see that from the photo). If fact, I can still savor the crispness of the large tomato slice until now 128540!

Kooky and Luscious' BLT is served with a generous bacon slice and will certainly not disappoint all you bacon lovers out there.

Try out their coffee too. I got myself their cappuccino (@P65). Nothing fancy, but definitely better than most of the shops out there, at this price 128521.

I like the fact that it's a quiet place in the middle of bustling Ayala Ave! :-) Their Korean beef stew is so-so, but the Dementia is to "die" for. Succulent, rich, energizing. It goes well with a hot cup of tea. :D

My go to place for three items: their chicken sandwich, their tuna sandwich, and their vegetable lasagna. A little pricey as far as snacks go but still well worth it.

If you love Sisa's Dementia from Padre Damaso, you'd want to also order Kooky & Luscious' Chocolate Decadence cake, because

(1) it's the exact same thing (no kidding)
(2) it's cheaper by about 50 bucks, haha

:) This is an interesting information I gathered from a friend who swore that both cakes are the same. And my best judgement concluded the same. Maybe they sourced it from the same place? I am not so sure.

Place is ok. Looks small from the outside but they actually have a second floor.

p.s. Did I mention that the cake I am talking here about is like THE BEST CAKE EVER?? So finding this cheaper alternative is like finding gold. :) :)
