I super love this place! Every time my family and friends wants to eat Korean food, I always recommend this place. And it never fails to please our taste buds! The menu is affordable. The amount they serve is good for 2-3 (depends on your appetite). One of my personal favorite is their Korean beef stew. The sauce is very tasteful and meet is tender. And they serve free dessert like pineapple or Korean ice cream.

It was okay but I like Samgyupsalamat better.

The staff were nice and the service was pretty fast. However, I think the banchan were lacking and not so tasty. I might eat there again just for their pajeon.

My family loves this place so much! My parents dated here way back in the 80's! Some of the older servers knew them already!

They serve appetizers like other korean restos!

Here's our usual order:
Grilled -chicken bbq, mushrooms, shrimp
(To be cooked on the table)
The sauce for the grilled items is tasty!

Others:
Spicy cold noodles
Bbq spareribs (cooked in the kitchen) 128077
Japchae
Their version of the veggie pancake

My dad loves their beef sashimi!! But they don't allow take out for raw food. So we can't bring him this when he's not dining with us. He'll just settle for beef stew, also a good choice!

Their streamed rice is also goooood!!!

Chopped pineapple will be served when you get the bill.

You're are sure to smell like food after dining here 128513

What's not to love?

Hello there Korean food128525128525128525

I'm really happy with their pajun. I thought it should be spelled Paejon. But oh well, the Korean pancake was still good.

My staple Korean restaurants are normally: Samwon (Bf) and Jumong (Makati). And I love them for different reasons. Haha. I guess this would be Manila? Hahaha! 128055128055

Their pajun was really cheap and the bulgogi too. Oh and let's not forget the awesome bibimbap. 128525 Wasn't able to try the beef stew. I'll try it next time. 128077

The plus. They serve one of the best Korean spicy cold noodles, kimchi and beef spareribs in Manila. The portions are generous. They serve Korean frozen delights too.

The minus. no adequate parking. Dimly lit.

My go-to place for Korean food! It's really good and affordable too!

My staple orders are pajun, bibimbap, and their beef stew.

I like how you have the option to have your bibimbap in a regular bowl and in a stoneware bowl. I always choose the stoneware. 9786️ I use about 2/3 of the hot sauce, and it's just the right mix for me. Not too spicy, but may kagat! 128514

The beef stew is so tasty, and very very tender. I can even eat 2 orders of this! Hahaha!

I brought my friends here and they loved it as well! 9786

"One of the first restaurants to open in Malate" - bragged by the waiter during my visit. This is my third time to eat here and I think it is about time to give it a decent review.

Korean starters sets the mood before you eat. Korean Village's free starters never fail to disappoint me! They will never hesitate to give you a second serving of your favorite starter, just ask nicely!

When you enter, be sure to order their Pajun (vegetable pancake) in advance to add to the free starters. It's a big & thick "pancake" cut into more than six slices for only Php 120. After finishing this with your companions, you will already realize that you've made the right choice to eat there.

When people think of Korean dishes, Bibimbap almost instantly comes into mind. This place has one of the best Bibimbap that will surely get you hooked. It does not feel like the ones you order from food courts because it it served in stoneware, still very hot to touch even until after your meal. It also definitely does not taste cheap either, because the ingredients are far fresher and more authentic than other restaurants serving the same dish. (good for 2, at Php 200-250)

Korean Village is also popular for their Yakiniku. We usually order the assorted plate that includes beef, chicken, chicken liver, and shrimps (good for 2-3). If you prefer more beef, try their imported spareribs.

On the spicy side, they have Spicy Squid. I do not have a gauge to tell whether this dish taste good since I haven't tried any similar dishes, but it will surely appeal to those who wants a kick of spicy in their plates.

To the more traditional eaters out there, they have fried dumplings! They're just slightly toasted on both sides unlike those in other restaurants that seems like washing dumplings with oil when they deep fry. Nothing special on their version, but it will not disappoint you.

After eating, be sure to ask (if they forget) for their free very sweet Pineapples from Cartimar (as said by the waiter). They will just serve it to you when they sense that you are already finish eating.

Price is never a question here, because for all these dishes, we only paid Php 1400. Our stomachs were damn full and satisfied when we walked out.

I will definitely come back for my fourth time!

From the outside it's hard to imagine that it's actually a restaurant, looked like a plain house to me. The moment I stepped into the resto I was greeted with smoke, a lot of smoke! Be sure to make this your last stop for the day or maybe pack an extra shirt as the grilled meat smell will stick to your clothes.

Korean village would've been 5 stars in my book had not it been for the smoke and poor ventilation. The food here is amazingly good, ordered a premium beef plate and a pork plate added lettuce as sides since I was feeling healthy. All in all the price was around 1,000 php, would've been cheaper had I opted for the regular beef. I regret ordering the premium beef after coz they are all thinly sliced anyway, wouldn't have made much of a difference. Good food at budget price 128076128076128076

The picture is probably about 1/5 of one plate so that's pretty decent amount of beef. Definitely be back (with an extra shirt)! 128512

Affordable & authentic Korean food. Free appetizers. Beef stew melted in my mouth. Could've used a little bit of seasoning but still a feast in the mouth. Chapchae was delicious. Only worth 100 for the small serving. BBQ Tofu was ok. Don't order that. Cheated once again on my diet but why should I resist a free meal? Thanks sis!

***BEST KOREAN RESTAURANT***

We ordered the bibimbap and it didn't disappoint! We also ordered their beef and pork dishes. Didn't even bother asking what it was. All I know is that it was an awesome lunch!

The meat was tender. Dipping it in the sesame seed sauce made it magical.

I will definitely go back here. And make sure to not eat breakfast to have a pig out lunch here in KVR!

There are a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants in this area. But Jacy recommended this place for lunch. And it didn't disappoint!

The bibimbap is deliciously tasty. That alone deserves 5 stars. Yum yum!

We also ordered beef and pork dishes. We asked the staff to grill it for us so we won't smell like a, well, grill.

I was slightly disappointed because they didn't serve the sweet baby potatoes I wanted as part of the freebie appetizers. They only served the dilis, toge, and kimchi. But it's okay because lunch was 20% off. Probably because of the holidays.

We're also lucky the place wasn't full. It gets pretty crowded during lunch, also according to Jacy. Will definitely go back here if I happen to be in the area.
