Still my #1 favorite Korean eat-all-you-can restaurant because of its:

1. Quality (and authenticity) of the food
2. Location – at the heart of BGC
3. Service – staff are literally everywhere and you can actually just hail anyone at any direction if you need something

BEST DEAL: Go for their cheapest "Eat and Run" promo that's P499 unli meat & sides for 1 hour that already includes select beef, pork, and chicken meats.

They increased their prices. From 499 to 599. No more unlimited iced tea, you have to buy it by pitcher. But still definitely one of my favorites!

I liked their buffet style and that the meal came with a lot of sauces. The drinks and rice were also refillable. If you eat alot then you'll get your money's worth.

Generally, I don't like restaurants where I have to cook my own food. However, I enjoyed my dining experience here. It's buffet style - eat all you can as much as you can cook within an hour. It's pretty exciting so you need to be here with friends who can work with you as a team - cook and eat to get your money's worth.

We got the Set B Buffet and I really loved the Korean bacon! I don't know how much I had but I for sure ate so much that I got dizzy from too much fat afterwards.

The set we got comes with unlimited drinks and rice.

They try to make everyone feel welcome by asking everyone's names and greeting all customers in the big screen.

Serving was pretty fast! Awesome crew! But I felt as if I'm eating in a Filipino Resto when they served liempo :( We weren't able to finish our food and paid for the leftover.

I've always wanted to try K-Pub since I'm into barbeques (whether be it the Korean barbeque or Japanese Yakiniku).

We've been planning to try this restaurant several times and it never pushed through. Then my brothers were able to try it before me, and both of them disliked the food (they have their benchmark when it comes to barbeque, and this didn't meet their standards). This made me think twice about visiting K-Pub.

My friends and I planned a small dinner reunion, and they wanted it done here. Finally, an opportunity opened for me to try K-Pub.

Thursday afternoon, I called the restaurant to reserve seats for 4 people for Saturday night at 7pm. Korean barbeque buffets don't usually accept reservations, but this one did. I was asked if we would avail the buffet or not, but I wasn't sure that time, and it was okay. Also note that you are only given 15minutes after your reserved time before they cancel your reservation.

Saturday night came and we were running late due to heavy traffic (what's new), so we called to have our reservation moved to 7:30pm. They agreed without any hesitations.

So we arrived the place a little before 7:30pm, and the place wasn't too packed. I guess a reservation wasn't needed after all. We sat down, and we were given the menu. Shortly after that, side dishes (soup, salad, kimchi, etc.) started coming in (even if we hadn't chosen the buffet set we were going to have yet).

We ordered the set A which included the beef sukiyaki, pork belly, Korean style bacon, marinated pork belly in sweet & spicy sauce, marinated pork chop, marinated chicken in sweet & spicy sauce, and marinated chicken in sweet soy sauce which are all unlimited! Plus unlimited rice (choice of plain or kimchi rice), salad, steamed egg, spring rolls, and soup, all good for an hour and P499 (+ service charge). The time will start once you start grilling the meats. A server will come to insert a piece of paper on a clip found on your table indicating the time you started. Don't worry, before your hour is up the server will visit you and ask for any last orders. After this, you are free to grill all the meats left. No leftovers allowed!

Oh, and all the people on the table must have the same buffet set. All for one and one for all. You will also be asked by the server if you wanted all the items included in the set to be served right away or you'll only select the items you want to be served.

My notes on some of the items included:
128061 Korean style Bacon - liked! This was like the usual pork samgyeopsal.
128061 Beef Sukiyaki - loved! This was like the usual beef samgyeopsal (which is what I visit Korean barbeques for)
128061 Pork Belly - liked! This was like liempo. It was tender and well marinated.
128061 Kimchi Rice - super spicy!
128061 All items with the sweet and spicy sauce are really spicy. No joke.
128061 I think the set includes a dessert, which we weren't informed about and they didn't serve.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are times that they will come to your table to assist you in grilling the meats. I guess the place is also not short-staffed which is why they can easily attend to your needs. Additional meat orders took around 3-5 minutes to arrive. Also, they serve small portions per plate, so if you feel like you're not yet close to getting full, order more plates of it.

If you were to dine with a large group and you're planning to converse a lot, I suggest you get the buffet set offered for more than an hour, as you might not get your money's worth. But if you're just going to spend a simple dinner with a few friends, then I guess an hour will be enough.

Overall, I enjoyed my dinner in K-pub. This adds to my list of affordable Korean barbeque buffets.

(Additional: They also have live band performances! And no, the band did not play Korean songs. Place was too dark to get good photos 128542)

You wont miss this korean pub! When you pass by at the fort strip and see lights at its brightest, yeah its them 128512.

There's a lot of korean restos in the metro, KPub has few tricks of their own to lure filipino's craving for korean flavor. What we came here for was their buffet.

*Eat and Run - priced at 499. It's a buffet but you have to cook and eat what ever you can get your hands on since you are only given an hour to do so. This price includes meat of chicken, beef and pork all in a separate platter. This also includes their six starters like the usual korean restos are offering, vegies, kimchi, sweet anchovies etc. As soon as your platter is empty and you've already cooked them all, you can ask the servers to refill whatever meat you want. You can go crazy cooking all the meat you have into the griller, i had fun128060. Don't be timid on asking for another platter of meat when you're low or else you wont get what you've paid for.

The only thing that dismayed me though was the quality of pork and beef they were serving. They were all fatty and greasy128549. Anyhow, hope everyone will enjoy kpub the way i kinda did.

Not worth it!!! They have lots of side dishes but the quality of meat is not that good. Plus the only thing I liked about our visit here was the band. Their grills cooks very slow, so if you opt to choose their promo of unli meat for one hour it won't satisfy your hunger and if you opt for the unli without time limit still not worth the price. Waste of money 128528

I bought a deal online for the "No Time Limit Lunch Meat-All-You-Can" for 2 at KPUB and instead of paying P1958 I just paid for P999 (50% off).

It was my first time in KPUB and the place was really big and they have a big screen showing korean music videos. This screen also provides instructions on how to eat Korean food!

Anyways, the staff were really accommodating. They will guide and cook the raw meat that you want. They will also provide wide selection of meat from the famous pork belly up to chicken bbq etc. They also have bibimbap rice and steamed egg pancake. You'll definitely end up being bloated!

Once you're done with the food, You will also have a free ice cream! :)
