I always search for new places to eat and found myself here in Kusè that serves Filipino cuisine. I was with my guy and took a break from our christmas shopping. I was sick the time we ate here so I was not really in the mood of crazy eating but my taste buds came to life when I tasted their food.

Really good food especially their crispy dinuguan. By the way, I'm a sucker for dinuguan. 128523 The only thing I'm not fond of is the place itself; a bit narrow and is connected to another restaurant (I think is a sister company) and their yellow lights! Too yellow. They could put some white lights to brighten up the place and the ambience. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back.

We were with a balikbayan aunt so we ordered some of the dishes she missed. I like that you can order both from Uncle Cheffy & Kusé even if you just stay in one of them. I love the garlic pork belly lechon (from Uncle Cheffy), kare-kare & sinigang na hipon128077128522128156

Came from a business meeting nearby, all the while i thought this was c2 because of their logo so i started craving for some good filipino food yet again. Then when we were about to order i realized this wasnt c2 haha. Well i wont be standing up after seeing the menu just yet again(if you read my yabu story on sumo sam).

So we tried it, havent heard of this place or have i read of any reviews so we went in blindly and ordered what we think is good.

Bulala - pretty good, not much of the marrow like those served in tagaytay joints but this is really good stuff and generous serving as well.

Binukadkad na plapla - its ok its fried plapla with what we called kikiam sauce, it really taste like kikiam sauce heheh. Its good anyways , ill give em that

Pinakbet - this is what gave them the umph to 4stars, really unique flavorful taste on their version. Not much of the bagoong-like taste but it is really tasty and warrants a come back from fiancee who is recently in a quest for the great veggie dishes.

Price is ok , 1.3k for 4 pax is not that bad... But with all the great filipino restos i have been in the past couple of weeks i just cant give that 5th 127775
