Kuse is a modern Filipino restaurant offers various kinds of Pinoy and Asian cuisines. The team behind Kuse is the team who established Uncle Cheffy.

My colleagues celebrate their birthday at Kuse Restaurant, Venice Piazza, Mckinley Hill and availed the following packages:

🇵🇭 Pinoy Set A for Php695.00 (Good for 4 persons)
🔸Inihaw na Pusit - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5

The Pinoy Set is so appetizing. The price range was very affordable, especially when dining in a big group. Give them at least 15 minutes serving time. The service staff accommodated and assisted us well during our visit. They were also alert and attentive, especially in refilling our empty glass with water.

My favorites were Inihaw na Liempo dipped in a Soy Sauce with Calamansi and Chili and the Turones for dessert. The Tinola Soup and Laing were also notable too. I will recommend the mentioned dishes if you're planning to order ala carte. 128523

We went here for send of post birthday celebration of my daddy!

Kuse! Was one of the typical Filipino cuisine you could eat and compared to other Filipino restaurant, this is much cheaper! Good for family bonding!128105128105128102128536128077🏻

We ordered on their group meal B and C. This is really affordable
Php695 ( Inihaw na pusit ; Vigan Bagnet; Laing; Rice with Iced Tea )

Php795 ( Inihaw na bangus; Sinigang na Bacon; Pinakbet; Rive with Iced Tea )

Promo was if you ordered one on their group meal you can purchase pork sisig for only Php100 ( Because 1 ordered of Pork Sisig cost Php250) very sulit that's why we ordered 2 additional Pork sisig 128518128077🏻

The food - was good enough I just loved their vigan bagnet 128558128077🏻 so crispy that I cant get enough of it..Regretting that we didn't taste their Sinigang na bacon because it was out of order, thats why it was change to sinigang na bangus nalang 128532..one of their best seller pa naman ang Sinigang na Bacon.

The Serving- Very generous.

The Service - Satisfactory.

Value for Money - Cheap And Super Sulit

I just love dining around mckinley most especially at Venice Piazza where you could find beautiful restos with very relaxing ambiance.

The service was great. The servers are attentive.

The ambiance was ok but plenty mosquitoes under the table.

I ate Kare Kare and mini okoy. It was good but nothing special on it.
The okoy was served crispy.
The Kare Kare is not so tasty but the meat was tender. Plenty sauce on it but it's not thick. The serving is good for 2-4 persons.

I should have suspected something was wrong. Dencio's was packed but Kuse was empty! But we wanted Filipino so we went in. We ordered mangang hilaw with bagoong. That was the best part of the meal. Everything was a disaster after that. We ordered pinakbet (blah). Sisig (salty). Pancit Lucban (salty). Then they forgot the Vigan bagnet and served it when we were all done. You will see how much leftover there was. Lousy food. Lousy place. Not again. One star!

Went a couple of weeks ago with my best friend. Ordered ginataang kuhol and a ducm dish (forgot the name). It was good, but like what others say, a bit pricey.

I don't know what happened but it seems that the waiter forgot our order! They were already serving the same dish to other tables that came a couple of minutes after us! What a waste! We got so pissed we got our bill and did not wait for the food anymore.

Went here for merienda last week, and we ordered the Kinilaw Ilonggo Style and the Pancit Lechon de Lucban.

It was kinda pricey for Filipino merienda, IMHO. I mean, Php 395 for kinilaw?? And Php 295 for pancit?? I could've gone to the carinderia to eat the same things and I wouldn't have to pay half of what Kuse is charging for it.

This is the most expensive merienda I have ever had. It tasted good, at least, but not worth it, for such simple fare. Maybe this is not a good place to go to for merienda. For lunch, maybe. Or maybe we were paying for the ambiance, since the set-up was kinda classy, for a Filipino restaurant. Eh. Ok.

Also learned that kuse/kusi is Bisaya for "pinch." I always thought that their name was a play on the word "kusina." LOL. Ang layo pala. Maybe it's named as such for the cooking term "pinch," as in, "a pinch of salt."
