Oxtail Kare-kare for the win. Simple but delicious. If you're craving for Filipino food, this is the place to be. Cheers.

Had lunch with the wife at 1230 pm. Place was disorganized! Waiter was still sleeping in one of the chairs, Aircon was being fixed Wc ruined our lunch ambience. A waiter w a mop who was carrying the mop like a nap sack almost hit my head and he's dirty mop was almost on top of our food.
On to the food. We ordered their pork sisig wc was very good! Everything went down hill after that. We ordered twice cooked adobo Wc was burnt, binagoongan Wc was just pork belly and Bagoong. ( no coconut cream, chilies etc) and their Gising gising wc was the worst ever!
Hope it was a bad day for the cooks. But seriously how can this place get great reviews with mediocre food like this? This place was not cheap mind u. I never complain about the price but this place was expensive for what we got. Doubt I will be coming back.

I'm very picky with comes to Filipino foods since I was raised by a familynof good cooks from kare-kare to adobo all the way to binagoongan. A late dinner at 11:00 pm never I expected that I would find a good restaurant that serves Filipino Food that is as good as My Lola's kitchen. Kuya's @ Bayani road is the place to be. The best tasting Kare kare that matched my Lola's kitchen and the good old crispy binagoongan that I grew old with. Nobody I say nobody can match their food and it's value for your money. Will I come back? A resounding Yes!!!!!

Not known to many that you can find great eats along Bayani Road, Kuya's at the Fort is one of them or the most prominent one!

Casual-to-semi-fine dining and great music every Saturday night, it seems that it has been a favorite place for friends to do some catch-ups (for all ages). Fun to see and hear they are enjoying the food as much as we did - from the Kuya's tipid budget rice which contains bits of spam, egg and chorizo to the dilis rice, never miss to order their famous twice cooked adobo and a personal favorite would their own take of the pinoy favorite sisig, I've never tasted similar recipe for that viand on a sizzling plate. Always reserve room for dessert as they say, try their leche flan, every table ordered at least one serving during the time we visited the place.

From the ambiance, to the food, to the great vibe of seeing friends bond, we should not miss to mention the very accommodating staff and the hands-on owners who keep on checking on each table how was the food and the service.

We'll try the Italian side during our next visit, seems legit!

It's my first time to try this place. Based on how packed the restaurant was, I already guessed they have very good Filipino food.

We ordered the following:
- Sinigang na Tadyang (beef)
- Pork Sisig
- Lechon Kawali
- Pinakbet

And we where not dismayed. Very delicious and great Filipino food.

The Sinigang na Tadyang is really good. The beef is tender that even a spoon can through it.

Definitely a place to go back to.

Good place for lunch/dinner with family and friends. A little bit steep on their food prices, but the quality and serving of their food makes up for it. Parking may be an issue since the outdoor space is kinda small.

I loved this place because you can dine here even if you're alone. I've tried their twice-cooked adobo and it was great! The kuyas (their waiters) are very attentive to your requests, it's easy to call their attention. 128077128512

Have you heard about your favorite adobo will be cooked twice? Sounds weird, right? But yeah, it turns out so good btw! 128513

My cousin's birthday treat that night so his choice of where we'll gonna eat.

As we arrive at the place, look so private. If you want to dine with a peaceful ambience, here's the place for you.

Kuya ryan did the ordering of the food. He ordered what he wants and we just agreed with it.

We ordered:

Twice Cooked Adobo
10084 I like the way it presented and cooked. But one thing I loathe about it is, its toughness in a way. I mean the tenderness of the meat is not consistent. But it is good. Pair the meat with radish salad when you eat it. 128076128076128076

Binagoongang 128055128055128055
10084 It tastes good too. Not too salty. The taste is balance so you can join it with your rice. 128076

Gising-gising
• I eat vegetables but I don't feel like eating it that night. Hahaha! But the parents enjoyed it.

Salmon Sashimi
10084 I won't be a bias about this but it was really good. Still fresh not frozen. 128541

I gave them 4-star because the waiters are not attentive. We keep on asking for waters and they gave us a wrong bill. But yeah, it won't justify there how good their foods are.

If you want to have a perfect date with someone you love/like or whatever, this is the perfect place guys. I swear! 128541128525

One of our favorite places for Filipino food. Not cheap but it's worth it. Must try are twice cooked adobo, binagoongan, lumpiang hubad , gising-gising for those that like spicy veggies.

They also have good pizzas. Try the onewith the twice cooked bacon toppings.

Beers are served below zero. Service is friendly and there available parking. Does get full during peak times. Has outdoor area for smokers.

What i like best about Kuya's is their caesar salad or i should say their caesar dressing. It's actually more like a vinaigrette with some peanuts, garlic and olive oil (i think). Been trying to replicate the recipe to no avail :(

My second time to visit the place. First time was i had dinner with intimate friends and family. Ordered kare-kare, which was good (though i'm not really a fan), adobo and sisig. Second visit was with office barkada, got pizza and beers. The pizza was great. The food tastes good but a bit pricey for the amount of servings and their ambience as well.

Fit for a barkada chill out place.

Another house converted into a restaurant, this place has that homey, " tambay lang tayo" feel. The type of place you could go to in shorts and sosy chinelas (huwag naman Spartan). Drinks: beer, rum, not sure if Jack's available. Food: pizza, burger (not bad), some Pinoy classics like their Kare-Kare (which is their specialty). Overall, an ok place. Just don't bring your high maintenance friends here.
