My expectations are met. Apart from offering Pinoy cuisines, they also have live band to keep their customers entertained. I loved their balut specialty. Since I bought vouchers from Metrodeal and got the rates cheaper (weekend rate), I find it worthy of my money. Like most of us, I love splurging to buffets. And for this place, the offers matched their rates. I enjoyed eating here. Staffs are friendly but due to customers demands, sometimes it takes a bit longer to be assisted.

Personally, buffets are my favorite because it also serves as a good icebreaker when talking with strangers at parties. Sharing all those well kept secrets that you can request for *shh* freshly cut salmon if you ask from the chef or that the tempura is served every 15 minute intervals. It’s so much better conversation fodder than the typical election results soundbites and pompous humble-brag stories on your latest trip to Europe. Well, I have thought the merits of a buffet celebration well enough right?

I was lucky to be invited by my boyfriend’s officemate’s son’s christening. Quite a mouthful right? Well not quite compared to the plethora of food at La Fiesta where they had their party afterwards. It is located along MOA strip’s “buffet drive”. It was the largest (in terms of variety and quickness in replenishing) Filipino buffet I’ve been to and to my surprise, they also host Japanese themed fares such as tempura and sushi. I would recommend this place if you have foreigner guests and tourists dropping by. We were there on a Sunday morning and we were treated to a traditional folk dance. For a more hipper feel, a soloist also sung up-tempo songs. On the negative side, if you are eating near the stage, it is very difficult to hear each other above the throng of noise. Another occasion that marred my experience was when I ordered baked clams and 2 were not that fresh. Due to the volume of people it was also difficult to navigate the buffet area.

Since we were relatively a large number of guests, we were seated at a private room at the right side of the buffet and we were effectively blocked from the busy activities from the main area and we can easily hear each other as we conversed and shared buffet secrets. I would highly recommend La Fiesta if you are hosting an informal event and impress your friends with your “handa” or welcoming foreign friends. Buffets are golden, you can never go wrong here. #henrysinstaxgiveaway

Last year, our company just celebrated christmas party in our office pantry. This year, bongga na, we reserved 10 tables to enjoy good food and the company of our officemates and their plus one here in La Fiesta.

La Fiesta, is as they claim it, the largest Filipino cuisine buffet that offers the true flavor of our nation. Well, it's true though you have to be fast and attentive because one minute, you see the food, one minute it's gone. 128576 People are hungry!

What's even great here is that there are plays and dance numbers that caters Filipino cultural dances and music. Very entertaining!

They serve different kinds of seafood dish, from Sinigang na Salmon to Grilled Salmon, and they even have Salmon Maki. Yes, thanks to colonization, we have a wide range of dish that has been mixed with different flavors. 10084

Lechon De Leche is my fave, it was the standout during the night. All meat lovers will def love it, and I suggest you wait for the über crispy skin that tastes like heaven. 9786

Dessert station is good too. They offer Halo-halo, ice cream (Nestle) and crepes, cakes and of course leche flan. 128524

I have a tip for you: When the buffet area is already open, go order first at the seafood station because it will take hours for that, then you can roam around and eat what you like.

Can't collage more pics they're getting small. Anyway we had a sumptuous dinner last night, everything I want in Pilipino food was there. Though seafood Kare-kare is not so I replace seafood with some Lechon with the veggies and sauce. Lechon skin has hair they did not shave it well but the taste is good. Love the variety of shrimps. Kakanin, kwek-kwek. And my favorite street food chicken balls and squid balls like kalye but clean, they pick "Shanghai" brand that's why taste familiar. Love the native dance programs. The roasted beef and chicken in carving station is juicy. Everything is yummy. If u want grilled fish just ask the chef at grilling station to cook it through and put some calamansi and salt to get rid of unpleasant smell and taste.

We went here to make a visiting foreign friend to try Filipino dishes.

They have wide variety of food choices that reflects the Filipino dishes from breakfast to dinner, including meriendas. They have the famous Dinuguan, Kare-kare, Adobo, Sinigang (kind of confused me since the ingredients has dumplings in it but it tasted like Sinigang na Bangus 128517). They have "Ihaw-ihaw" area, sisig area and they also serve pika-pika like Chicharon, mani and Balot (to which our guest explicitly declined upon hearing the contents of the egg). But they still have other Asian cuisines like Sushi and a variety of other Chinese and Korean dishes. We were just disappointed since we were not able to try their Lechon.

But the highlight for me was to wait for their Mamang Sorbetero, which roams around the entire place, to pass by our table, and there I was, giddy like a child to order unlimited dirty ice cream and asked manong to make it as high as possible. Twice. 9996🏼️ Hahahaha! 128569

They also have a scheduled performance to showcase our Folk Dances and play kundiman songs that we also find entertaining.

Reservation is recommended.

I couldn't find anything to like about this restaurant except for their very courteous and attentive staff.

I was expecting a Filipino buffet, but it was more international than Filipino. It was a hodge podge of everything, and ang gulo pa ng buffet spread. Some areas are very small, and it was hard to navigate around all those people. The floor is a bit sticky too! The food was not good, the drinks were all artificial. Even the dessert failed in so many aspects!

Never coming back here. Waste of money!

So my family and I discovered this new buffet and we've been going here every chance we get.

Everything from their soup to desserts were really good. They have lechon de leche128055 and the best shawarama 128046 -which you should never skip when you visit la fiesta.

They also have a delicious pasta and pizza station, sushi's and tempura and oh they also have sisig station 128561128561128561.. Riiiiiiiiight?!!

They have seafood station, beverage station, crepe station, halo halo station, and the chinese station. Quite a lot right.

They have quite a variety of foods, not as many as vikings but enough that you can try almost everything. PLUS their dinner buffet is from 5:30pm to 11Pm BEAT THAT! Haha..

The place is really classy too and the servers are polite and attentive. And since there are a lot of bufet places nearby, this restaurant isn't crowded. 9786

Decent buffet spread. Was here on a weekend and they had live music onstage dunno if this is also happening on a weekday. So many celebrations held here saw one tarpaulin displayed on the wall of a bar passer and they were around 30 pax. Place is packed with diners good thing they have able and ample wait staff. Dessert spread typical of Yakimix. Saturday lunch rate was only at Php 699 and for this rate you can have seafoods cooked your way, unli beer, soda drinks, juices and shake (128155 the cucumber juice), Pinoy comfort food, lechon, sushis, street foods and so much more.

What I liked:
Street foods
Naglalakong sorbetes
Different Makis! *I tried almost everything and something was so spicy my nasal passage perspired hahahah*
Kakanin 10084
They have red wine
Coffee
Filipino dishes *the adobo and fish fillet are my favorites!*

Disliked:
The italian section were full of crews, how can I get food if duuhhh nakaharang sila.
Pagala-galang crews. Seriously, they were everywhere!
The roast beef is not tender wise
fruits were not sweet and there were like 6 fruits only

Overall, I liked the foods. Compared to vikings, this is two steps behind. And compared to Dad's, this is on the same position.
*those were just two of my six plates*

Great variety of filipino foods. I love the tempura and the oysters. I also love the sorbetes roaming around the restaurant. Theres also a band performing while we were eating. I find the buffet a bit pricey for 600+ for lunch buffet but overall the wide variety selection of food and the ambiance is good.
