Las Flores! The flowers of BGC 128522 I really nice relaxed place with delicious Spanish comfort food the is made by Chef Francisco.

If you are looking for the best gambas al ajillo... Come to Las Flores! I have not been in any other Spanish tapas restaurant where they can serve the best and the freshest gambas! The way he made or cooked the gambas is to perfection 128076🏼128076🏼128076🏼
The combination of the flavour of the shrimp oil with just the right amount of white wine made that well balanced taste of the famous gambas al ajillo.

Another we had was this so yummy smooth & creamy Croquetas de queso. This is again just sooo good! I dont wanna go with the details co'z I know you will swamo this place and Im afraid that when I go there again they might get out of stock coz the chef's arm has fallen off from stirring from too many orders! 128540128514

Dessert: Chocolatisimo... Well the name says it all. Its the combo of a chilled smooth, light and creamy chocolate ganache and warm molten lava cake its not too sweet its just perfect to give that dramatic finale of your meal 12813910084️ Would be great if this is also paired with cafe americano as I always love americano or even espresso.

For the cocktail I am not sure what it was thats customised for me. All I know is that it is just what I asked for... Something sweet and sour and I was given something like magic 128076🏼

Las Flores is located at the corner of One Mckinley Place on 4th Ave cor Rizal drive in BGC.

I am definitely going to eat there again. 128536

It’s our Q2 team bonding session and as usual, we need a place to dine and wine. My team mates suggested Las Flores and am glad I said yes.

Looking at the menu, one may be scared to order. It is company money we are spending so we need to be prudent.

At first, we ordered 2 sets each of paella, cheese platter, beef carpaccio; a bottle of Chilean red wine and a bottle of Spanish wine. For a group of 12, I thought it would be enough for us since all of us had pancit and suman sa lihiya minutes before we went to Las Flores. We were all so full that I didn't think we could finish one order of paella.

Then we started eating. And I started ordering more. We ended up gobbling on 5 orders of paella, 5 orders of beef carpaccio, 4 orders of trios de chorizo, 2 orders of Salad, 4 orders of gambas al ajillo, 4 orders of cheese platter, 3 orders of their special bread, and several orders of other dishes; not to mention 4 bottles of wine (3 red, 1 white).

We were all so full from the heavy merienda we had prior to the team bonding, but the food were just so superb that they make you want to eat some more. And then some more. And some more. I wasn't scared of the price anymore – it was so worth it.

Good customer service. The manager, Seniorita Lucia, was very friendly and helpful. But hats off to our server – Yra, who put up with all our requests with so much patience and with smile on her face.

My colleague and I promised to go back and try their other dishes. Highly recommended.

My Aunt recently visited Manila from the US and she had a mini reunion with her work friends here in Las Flores. I felt so lucky I was able to tag along...because they ordered the 1/2 De Cochinillo Asado Estilo Segoviano (suckling pig roasted segovia style)! YUM!! 128055 Tasty and juicy! I was also able to have their Paella Negra and Gambas al Ajillo.

Overall, it's a good food experience. Anybody who loves Spanish food should definitely visit. It's also a perfect place for get-togethers. 128522

It was a farewell dinner for colleagues who are all leaving me to manage the team all alone for the next couple of weeks #hugot

Lucky for me I managed to snag a 4-seater in the al fresco area, which we converted to a 6-seater hahaha. Later on we were offered a larger, proper 6-seater but we were already served our apps and the round table we already had was much more cozy for a final catch up. Kudos to the crew for their patience hahahahaha

My boss gave me a lot of freedom in picking our orders, and only stipulated we get the Paella Negra with toppings. Here's the rest:

128055 Three kinds of chorizo - I am NOT a fan of chorizo, because of its usually strong taste, but the ones I tasted were kinda mild, like a very flavorful country sausage. Ewan ko ba, maybe the oil tempered the spice? Comes with a few slices of baguette.

128046 Angus & Foie minis - my favorite! Four melba toast slices with a fruity jam, and layered with matchbox-sized Angus steak and a sliver of foie gras. I nearly died. The foie gras was nicely salted and wasn't at all cloying. Steak was ok and nicely cooked.

127844 Gambas al ajillo - shrimp was plump and the oil was flavorful. If I could slurp it hahahaha

128046 Veal cheeks ravioli - I love ravioli and the veal was certainly very tender. I just think this lacked the flavor punch compared to the others.

128031 Smoked salmon salad - always a treat, with the vinaigrette and candied walnuts. A great palate cleanser in between the oil-rich apps and mains.

128025 Paella negra with bonito toppings - it was really good that I tended to forget being mindful of smiling too much. Hahahahaha. Better chase this with water after every bite 128521

128061 Paella with cochinillo - if you can't spring for the half cochinillo, this is a good alternative if you just want a taste. Skin was crispy, I think i had three chunks! Sorry na lang sa di nakakuha 128523

127865 Rose sangria - We shared a small jug among five of us. With lots of ice, it was just enough to give a slight buzz.

127848 Dessert platter - best way to cap the meal. Six pieces of churros, generous chocolate dip, a small cup of vanilla ice cream; cheesecake with whipped cream; and chocolate ganache. I would come back just for this, seriously.

The pricing is definitely not for everyday dining - would be more appropriate for very special occasions. Though really pricey, you somewhat get the quality you pay for. Some items though are kinda affordable, like the smaller paella pans available at lunchtime. But for me, nothing still comes close to Mingoy's paella especially for the tutong 128523128514

It could have been the timing, being a Friday and December at that, but the place was full. The staff were so busy, but we almost always got their attention easily - the only time it took a long time was when we were getting the bill. And if you're planning for a hitch-free dinner make sure you make reservations several days in advance.

That's a photo of their paella with lechon, if I'm not mistaken. While it was delicious, the serving was not good for PG (patay gutom) me. If you have a huge appetite, you'd be disappointed to know that it only has one thin layer of rice, so I guess you'd have to order another one to be sure.

Then again maybe that's how they really do it in Barthelona! Coño friends, would you know?! 128576

My Pinoy PG sensibilities have led me to believe that paella is cooked with a lot of rice as I have seen in the different Spanish restaurants like Terry's, Casa Armas and Calderon.

I really had high hopes for this place -- with all the hype and all. But unfortunately, this visit was just ok.

So will I go back? Not sure. Service was much to be desired as there were many celebrities dining there during that time. So for commoners like me, it was hard to get the staff's attention. And that says a lot about a place (and a person) actually.

One of the few Spanish restos I keep coming back to. 🤘🏼 Its never a "MISS". 128581🏼 A tad bit pricey but always a good idea for special occasions (i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries) 🍾127863127860

What to Order:

1. Paella Negra - MUST MUST MUST!!!
2. Angus and Foie Minis
3 Croquetas with Goat Cheese
4 Chocolatisimo

One of the best paellas we've ever tried 128522 Pricey though as I think one hungry person can actually finish an entire serving if you don't order anything else. Really flavorful.

I've been meaning to eat here for the longest time, but on the night I finally do I was too full to enjoy it. It was a spur of the moment girls' night out and I had eaten a heavy meal before coming here. So, I just ordered the Botifarra Catalana which was composed of sausages, marbled potatoes, caramelized onions, and mushrooms. This was delicious. I wish I could have tried their paella, but as it was I couldn't even finish my appetizer. I also tried their churro (same owner as La Lola) and found it just ok. Maybe it would have tasted better had I eaten it while it was warm?

Place was elegant yet cozy. Great place to talk, although the music got a little louder at around 10 pm. I do want to come back and try more dishes.

Sorry no photo. Was too busy chatting with friends.

Ordered lunch menu which had an appetizer, main course & dessert. There were a variety of choices for each. I chose a salad which had a generous serving. For the main course I had stewed tuna loin which was a good portion. This was a bit bland but I was ok with that. Tasted the paella negra which was very good. For dessert had yogurt foam with strawberry. Lunch Service was quick enough. Reservations recommended though cuz it was full.

I attended my student's baptism and the reception was held at Las Flores. The place was really nice and intimate.

For appetizer, we had the Croquettes, Pulpo a la Gallega (boiled octopus with salt and potato), Spanish Chorizo, and Calamari. We loved everything but I loved the croquettas the most. We were then served with Pollo Asado a la Catalana which was roasted chicken with shrimp, prunes, and apricots. The chicken was really tender and flavorful. What stood out the most was the Australian Angus Tenderloin and the Paella Negra. Ahhhhh, super good! For dessert, we had Churros which was served with chocolate dip and vanilla ice cream.

Las Flores is a good place for a date or for hanging out and meeting your girl friends. They also serve cocktails and wine. I'll definitely come back when I'm suddenly craving for Spanish food. 🇪🇸

I wet to Las Flores moths ago to celebrate a friend's birthday. I truly enjoy the ambience-the interiors and of course... The food!

I love the shrimp gambas (considering I don't eat shrimps) sizzled in olive oil and some spices paired with some bread. The paella negra and their classic paella to die for.

Definitely I wanna go back to las Flores.
