I didn't know this branch exists so I kept coming back to the more crowded Glorietta branch. I only found out recently too that you can book an appointment online, had I known this before I wouldn't have had to waste so much time waiting in line.

Lay Bare in Waltermart is smaller than that of Glorietta but I liked it better because it has less customers and the service here is fast. When you go here ask for Liza, she's really nice, made the Brazilian waxing thing more bearable for me because she kept me at ease and she didn't mind talking with me. Remember, when hair is getting ripped down there it helps to be attended by someone who likes to talk. Talking makes things less awkward and less painful.

I always get my waxing/threading done here since this is the closest to my home. It helps if you have a "suki" technician since they would already know what to do, especially when it comes to eyebrow threading. My technician knows that I don't like my eyebrows too thin, that I just want it to be neat. This branch though has a very small space. 3 cubicles. It will help a lot if you set an appointment so you can be the priority, otherwise, don't complain if you will wait long, especially if there are a lot of customers. It's just how it is.

I'll stick to the facts.

There are three stalls and two waxing technicians.

Upon entering the lobby, the receptionist informed me that the wait time was 30-40 minutes. After 75 minutes of waiting, I asked how many more minutes it would take. The receptionist responded, "Eh kasi ma'am...package pala yung isa..." I said, "You're not answering my question." She then told me it would take 15 more minutes.

10 minutes later, another customer walked in. She had an appointment at 12:30. The same time the supposed 15 more minutes would end. I asked if that lady would go before me. She said, "May appointment kasi siya ma'am. Siya po mauuna, and then pag may available ulit na technician, ikaw na po masusunod."

After a total wait time of 1 hour and 25 minutes, I left.
