Though the trend may have been over, I'm only trying the cronut for the first time and my expectations were actually better than how it tasted. Tried both their belgian chocolate and the mixed berries. Nothing too crazy about it but I guess they offer the cheapest kind of cronuts in the metro.

I was in a hurry on my to work and passed by Le Coeur.. I saw they're on Buy 1 Take 1 and got their Beef Stroganoff Croissant for P85..

I thought the promos are normally for pastries na pinapaubos na. What I got was fresh from the oven. Panalo!

Everyone's ranting about cronuts lately and loolooers are not over with it yet, specially the ones at Wildflours and heard twas pretty expensive. This is my first time to try it out here in Le Coeur de France and it was less expensive for only 89pesos.

I got the caramel pistachio crunch croughnut and boy it was diviiiiiiine!!!! Yummiest of allbthe yummy!!! Not too sweet, just the way I like it! I think this will be the start of my cronut craze. So it deserves a perfect score!128076💯

We're not over cronuts yet, right? Ok, good. Whether it's a cronut, croissant donut, krispy kroissant, or CROUGHNUT, I am going to find it and eat it.

Today it was the "croughnut" at Le Coeur de France. At P89 it is less expensive than the one at Wildflour but more expensive than the one at Krispy Kreme. Tastewise? It was diviiiiine. I got the one with Belgian chocolate and they were not kidding around! I could tell that they used the good kind of chocolate for this baby. I also tried the wild berry with cream cheese, which no one was touching. I don't know why it wasn't getting any attention--it was good too!!!

Sorry I didn't take a picture. It went straight to my belly.

I got their chocolate chip croughnut. It's less oilier than that of CafeFrance's. The chocalate drizzle and chips are also nice. I love that it has custard in between.

Between CafeFrance's Chocolate French Donut and Le Coeur de France's Chocolate Chip Croughnut, Le Coeur wins. Only because I feel that it is less fattening.

One morning, I was craving for eggs benedict and this was the only place nearby that serves the dish, so I decided to try it.

I would say their eggs benedict were fine, the hollandaise sauce was good too. Although the vegetables that they used as a garnish looks like it's been sitting in the fridge for quite sometime. Minus point for the presentation.

FYI: Recently, they joined the cronuts craze, selling it at less than 100 php per piece. Will try them next time and share my review about it. 128522
