Stayed here while waiting for our turn in JumpYard because we were way too early.

I ordered Gateau Fudge Au Chocolat hoping it'll boost my energy when I start jumping and the staff said that it was one of their bestselling cakes. I love how this cake was made of pure Belgian chocolate and is flourless. Mmmm luscious!! For 150php, you get to have a slice of very thick and fudgy pure chocolate cake. Sinfully good 128077🏼

The place was quite small yet so fancy. It gives customers a Parisian vibe with its pastel colored walls, chairs and tables.

I loved the brewed coffee and the cakes but most of all, the personal service by Luke and the owners. Very homey feel here. Screw Starbucks!

130 for the large brewed coffee
Nothing is above 150
Place was open until 1am on a Saturday night
Ask for Luke. He will provide everything you need.

Urged the group to check Le Miel before parting ways. The picture shows their very berry bingsu which was ordered by Clarissa P. I was surprised when I saw the huge measurement glass full of shaved ice, milk, cornflakes and berries topped with strawberry ice cream!

It looked appetizing but I decided to pass. I was contented with my caramel cheesecake. I loved it more during my first visit but I still enjoyed the texture and taste. I guess I have to go at Le Miel again to find out if I will still enjoy it.

I also got myself a hot cup of tea to soothe my tummy from all the food I've eaten that day.

One of the owners (John) had a small talk with us and he was very enthusiastic explaining how they bake their cakes and stuff. He even gave us free meringues if I'm not mistaken.

I think owners should always find time interacting with their customers. It's one of those things that will make us come back and patronize the establishment. So kudos to you John!

Last stop for our #kapitolyofoodcrawl 128522 We went here because of Jairus d's ravings about their Caramel Cheesecake. The place is just in front of Greenfield District's weekend market. It was a small cafe offering mostly pastries and cakes, coffee, some finger food, sandwiches, some pasta dishes and bingsu.

Jairus d got their Caramel Cheesecake and was able to sample it. It was good! The base was made up of crushed cookies, the cheesecake was smooth and velvety and the caramel topping was delicious! It wasn't as sweet as well. The cheesecake itself also had hints of caramel in it. It was so good that I bought one slice to go!

I also ordered their Bingsu. I got the largest size which was definitely for sharing! They used a glass measuring cup as the container and it was a unique way to present bingsu but the ice melted fast. Some bingsu place use the aluminum container which was said to keep the ice from melting sooner.

Very Berry was the flavor that I chose. It was good but I have an issue with the shaved ice lol Since I've tried other bingsu place with ultra fine shaved ice, the shaved ice used here was ordinary. Just like the shaved ice in your usual halo-halo. But there was a generous serving of berries! What I liked about it though was the layering. You'll get a layer of shaved ice x milk x cornflakes x berries x strawberry ice cream then another layer of shaved ice with milk topped with more cornflakes, berries and a hefty scoop of strawberry ice cream. So, you won't end up with just shaved ice and milk! There's always a topping in every spoonful.

Le Miel Cafe is a family owned business and the husband and wife tandem were very hands on. John Chua shared with us that his wife, a Korean, bakes all the cakes and pastries that they sell. I also liked how they trained their staff. They were friendly and very proactive, always smiling when talking to customers.

This place deserves 5 stars for customer service and cheesecake but only 4 stars for the bingsu 128516

This French-Korean patisserie is a cute café in Greenfield district. As per my friend’s friend, it was owned by a former Starbucks barista and married a Korean chef. Knowing their fusion made me interested in what they can offer. Le Miel is the French word for “honey”.

Ambiance. The café is small but is enough for 15-20 people. It has a very light ambiance with homey vibe. Their interior is adorable and all of their cakes are Instagram-worthy pieces. Their products display includes some French baking products that leaves me an impression of ordering some high class/quality food! Great!

Food. I had the following cake slices, yes I had more than one. So matakaw of me! Haha

Gateau Fudge au Chocolat (P150), it was raved about being their best cake. I am not fond of chocolate cakes but hey this one is an exemption. It was made of rich pure Belgian Chocolate, gluten-free and 100% flourless, which made the cake’s texture thick. It’s a dream cake and I fell in love with it agad!128522128523

Blueberry Cheesecake (P150), homemade crust, baked with pure cream cheese and blueberry topped with fresh blueberry sauce. It was mouthwatering, best blueberry cheesecake, I’ve ever tasted!

Tiramisu (P150), aside from Mama Lou’s tiramisu, Le Miel’s version is my second favorite. It’s a balance of mild bitter sweet dessert that is sooo good.

They also have bingsu, flavors are Very Berry (P160), Green Mountain (P140) and Classic Bingsu (P130). One order is good for sharing!

I haven’t tried their coffee yet, but I am sure it will be amazing.

I had a great experience with Le Miel, I will be back and will bring the gang!

Last stop for our #KapitolyoFoodCrawl is Le Miel.  Jairus D was raving about their caramel cheesecake.  Unfortunately,  I've  had too much sugar that day,  eating cheesecake might cause sugar shock.

The gang ordered Bingsu,  coffee and cheesecake while i worked on my Kissako review.  First the cheesecake isn't as pretty as the others I've seen.  Jairus said i should try it "Mataas ang bwiset factor,  Dai!  (Bwiset means the exact opposite in our book,  it means it is soo friggin good).  After hitting submit,  i took a small bite.

Drumroll please....

Bwiset nga! You would assume that it is reeking of sweetness...Na-ah! It is the perfect marriage of cheese and caramel.  The owner approached us and explained how they make the cheesecake.  They add caramel to the cream cheese mixture for a subtle hint of sweetness and caramel flavor.  And the bottom portion (dunno what it's called)  is home-made.  I find myself nodding while he was explaining.  Now,  i understand why the cheesecake is different from the others I've tried.  And yes,  five brownie points for him,  i dig it when thr owners interact with the customers.  It makes the dining experience memorable.

Yes,  i am coming back for their Strawberry Shortcake.

Been wanting to go out for days. Was really stressed with lots of work from my previous project (Thank God, I was not there anymore), and there's no more time for me to go out and fulfill my late night cravings (because I usually get out around 11pm from a 10am shift, how toxic!)

Anywaaaayyy.. When i got the "once-in-a-lifetime" chance to leave the office at around 8pm, I immediately thought of dropping by here at Le Miel cafe. I've been dreaming of their French Toast, their Caramel Cheesecake, their Bingsu.. Ugh, the list went endless again...

Tried the Matcha Latte. I opted for the non-coffee drinks and decided to get this although I'm not a superfan of matcha. I had my first on St. Marc's and quite liked it. The matcha was a bit strong for my taste but still likable!

And of course, the Tripple berry french toast! I've been wanting to have this for so long now and finally, I could have this piece of awesome again! Good as always! 128076🏼 #consistency

Probably the best choice for dessert when in Greenfield District!

After dinner with friends they suggested we go to the Greenfield for coffee. I didn't know what Greenfield is because I've never been there, but I just went along and I'm glad I did because if not, I wouldn't have tasted the delectable cakes of Le Miel. It's a small coffee shop, which according to my friend is owned by a guy who used to be a Starbucks barista. His wife, on the other hand, is a baker. When I tried their latte and three of their cakes, I must say, the couple is a match made from heaven.

Though I've had better latte, I must say that their version is good. It's a little on the strong side, not too sweet. What I really loved here is the cakes, we tried 3, and my favorite would be the strawberry cheesecake. What I noticed about their cakes is that the consistency is thick and compact, and not overly sweet. It's probably the reason why I couldn't stop myself from eating them notwithstanding the facf that I'm on a diet.

Actually we just ordered two cakes, but I was raving about the cakes so much, the owner heard me. So he and his wife sent us a complementary slice of another cake. Sweet!

The cafe also offers bingsu, or the Korean halo-halo, but we weren't able to try it anymore. That's okay, at least I have more reasons to go back.

We were supposed to have a couple of beers at Oh Bar in Pasig but their door charge was more than they used to because of an event that night so we opted to roam around Greenfield district instead. Le Miel Café Et Patisserie was just around the corner so I urged my friends to check the place.

I was intrigued by the numerous posts of Russel F about Le Miel. I got the green tea bingsu that comes with a plastic cup filled with shaved ice with milk, red beans, corn flakes and vanilla ice cream. The green tea syrup was separated in a small cup so you will have the option to control the amount you want to put on the bingsu.

This experience made me realize I’m not a fan green tea’s vibrant taste. So I immediately didn’t like what I ordered. The caramel cheesecake was inviting so I asked for a slice. Deyyymmm! Sweet, creamy and the cheesecake’s texture was perfect. The sour kick was there so I was really pleased. How it’s made is a divine way to savor a caramel cheesecake.

It was so good their caramel cheesecake became my standard when trying one. I will return to Le Miel just for this dessert!

My friend and I went here after hopping at the Greenfield weekend market. We had light dinner at the weekend market and yes, same old stuff except for the addition of Books Around The Corner near the vinyl stand and vintage stuff. 128251128252128218🔗

We thought of having some desserts to cap the night and so I suggested we could have our sweet endings here.

I go for the usual Green Mountain bingsu while my friend tried the Iced Caramel Macchiato for drinks. We also tried the Triple Berry French toast to share!

My friend seemed to like the Iced caramel macchiato and thought it was decent and found it a bit better than Starbuck's in terms of serving and taste. The bingsu was good as always and let my friend tried it and he liked it. 128522

The Triple Berry french toast was served afterwards and it hits the spot on the first bite! It was creamy and the sliced berries added a rich flavor to the toast. Like seriously, we finished the whole thing in less than 10 minutes! 128561 It's really good and once you pop, you really can't stop!

The owner, John also let us tried one of their upcoming pastries - the Matcha cheesecake. I find this one good for my liking and thought that the level of matcha could be higher while my friend thought it was strong. The little surprise is, they made the base layer an oreo crunchies base instead of the usual cheesecake base- just to add some interesting kick! 128076🏼 This will be a sure hit for Matcha lovers! They're still working on it and I simply can't wait to try the final output! 128525

Can't wait for the next visit! I'm definitely having this again for sure! 5 star rating for both of us!!!

Revisited Lemiel café last week to have some bingsu. I was surprised that they have brand new selection of pastries on their shelf, and I wouldn't want to miss the chance to try it.

I settled for the Caramel cheesecake and of course, green mountain bingsu for the great sweetness combo! Lol.

The caramel cheesecake was heavenly good and was something to die for! 128525 The caramel was obviously sweet on its own, but it jived really well with the taste of the cheesecake. Bursting flavors in your mouth, as they always say! It was soft and flavorful; and really liked it that it's not cloying as you eat it! You'll definitely ask for another one after you finished it!

The Green mountain bingsu was good as always. I like it that the red beans were more tasty and the serving was generous.

So happy that this place was getting more and more popular nowadays because of their delicious offerings! 128522

Tried the Red Velvet cake once more and it's always been good. I noticed that the cake was way softer and was more flavorful. So for red velvet cravings, why not give this a try? 128513

Green Mountain Bingsu (P140) regular

Shaved Ice with red beans, corn flakes, vanilla ice cream with matcha powder. (halo-halo style)

I loved the creamy vanilla ice cream, when mixed it was sweet and has crunch from corn flakes. Finished this one in 1 hour. Regular size is good for sharing.

Free wifi, clean washroom

The mall was already closed when I decided to hop in at LeMiel café last Saturday night, or almost Sunday midnight. The place was fully packed which made me feel happy and surprised at the same time.

I got my all time favorite Green mountain bingsu for my midnight treats, and I just love it! I would say that it's even better 'cause the flavor was much stronger, but not too cloying, and they had more toppings! Yay! 128076128076128076

The owners also gave me a piece of their Chocolate tangerine pound cake as their Christmas gift! Yay! Thanks for this! It's made of cacao powder and orange zest that was soft and not too sweet, but the chocolatey taste mixed with hints of orange makes it interesting to eat. It may be a combination of both worlds, but you'll surely love it. 128522

You can check their Instagram account: @lemielcafe and find out more about their delicious pastries!
