Met with my good friend at Petit Soufflé for lunch. I love the cute frenchy vibe of the place. When I looked at the menu, I found it a bit pricey but the restaurant has good reviews so perhaps it's really worth the price. We ordered the following:

128523 Sesame Crusted Tuna Salad: 345 PhP for a salad but it’s worth the price. Tuna is seared on the sides, and you greens, those japanese flakes, and served with a wasabi-sesame dressing.

128523 Japanese Beef Curry Soufflé. This took sometime to arrive at our table. One of the staff gave us the wrong dish, and we said we ordered the curry soufflé, I suppose that’s the only time they made one for us. We had to wait 45 minutes for this dish! Good thing we had a good breakfast earlier. Taste-wise, it is a good dish. Light on the curry taste, tender meat. Not something I will order again, though.

128523 For dessert we had the Matcha Soufflé. SOOOO good. Matcha and white chocolate are the perfect combination talaga! We had it to share pero frankly, I can eat it myself heehee.

Will I comeback? Definitely cos I want to try their other dishes, if it is closer to home – that’s why I’m super excited they will open in UP Town Center soon!

If i wanted to write an instant five star review, i dont have to look any further than this place.  And there are only quite a handful of restaurants that im happy writing a review for, this place is definitely one of them.

I made a reservation before proceeding here and was given a very nice spot for our lunch.  And for all of my visits here, i think i fully enjoy having few people around as you can fully enjoy quiet and bright environment.

So what do i love about this place aside from its price 128539.  All dishes are really good, as in really good. 9786 Matcha of course. Haha. Utensils are clean *something i really expect from a japanese place. Tables are well placed.  And the interiors are just instagram worthy.  And for this visit, we were served by Liza, i seldom remembers a server's name but she delivers service worthy of more than 5 stars. 128077 definitely raises the bar of 5 star service.

Visit here wouldnt be complete without squid ink rice, its a unique take on a squid  ink paella with souffle + shrimp, mushrooms, squid, tuna* i think the tuna part is new ingredient for this dish.  Definitely my all time fav.

We were tentative at first to order their carbonara but i saw somewhere wherein you can add egg and souffle on top and it was so pleasant to watch it being mixed, so we went for it and i didnt regret ordering it, maybe my favourite carbonara now in the metro, check the video at my ig. Just watch it being mixed. 128522 yum.

For the dessert we went for soft serve matcha + Iced Matcha Latte.  First time taking it seperately as the soft served matcha was really creamy while Matcha latte was of a different variant with a milky take.  But then you could always scoop some soft serve and put it on the latte. 9786

I was told that they are opening a new branch at megamall fashion hall called "The Workshop" by Le Petit, it will have different menu items compare to this branch + pastries and thats something i will be looking forward to. Now I will be much confuse on which resto to choose at megamall.

I'll definitely be back here, defintely 128522 instant 5 stars.

When Le Petit Soufflé started operating here in the Philippines exactly at the third level of Century City Mall in Kalayaan Avenue at Poblacion, Makati City, I have kept following their social media sites and kept reading reviews because I have fallen in love at first sight with it.

Le Petit Soufflé is a fusion restaurant of French and Japanese comfort food. The concept came from the famous pastry chef Miko Paras in partnership with the Hole in the Wall group of people.

It was last Friday night when finally I found the time and date to visit Le Petit Soufflé at Century City Mall. Given the Friday rush, traffic was bad but that didn't ruin my mood because I was so excited to check out the restaurant and experience it for myself.

It was a bit surprising to see that the place was not full when I arrived with one of my good friends, ate Donna. As we were entering the establishment, we initially took photos of the beautiful exteriors that highlighted mostly French art patterned with the colors white, yellow and green.

Upon entering, be in awe as your eyes will see pure gorgeousness from all the interiors that they have. The white brick walls were designed with a nicely made calligraphy art that's in French. On the corners are artificial trees that gave the place a very organic and environmental feels but still retaining its very classy look. The ceilings were decorated with hanging plants and cute white lanterns that matched well with the nicely mixed and matched furnitures that came in differently styled chairs, couches, lounges and tables that actually give you the choice where you wanna stay at as dependent on your mood.

So, we stayed at the far end of the restaurant where we had this nicely crafted backdrop that showed yellow windows, as if you're in the classy streets of France. Once seated, we were given glasses of cold water along with the simple yet straightforward menu.

From soups, salads, breads, pastas, Japanese soufflé pancakes, soufflé glaces, parfaits and pure custard soft-served, Le Petit Soufflé's menu has a whole lot to offer and I suggest that you go here with a hungry stomach to be able to try a lot from their menu.

So, we ordered their Chicken Pomodoro for 350 pesos, the Steak and Potato Wedges Plate for 1450 pesos and the French Vanilla Bean Soufflé for 300 pesos.

The Chicken Pomodoro was made with Fusili pasta with seared chicken breast, basil and fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I liked that it was served not too saucy and that the serving was really good for sharing.

The steak and wedges looked small at first but it was hard to finish the meal given that we were both hungry at that time. The steak was cooked medium well but it was still easy to chew. I liked the fact that I did not need to put steak sauce on it because it was in itself juicy and tender with every bite. The potato wedges were served generously and I liked their combination altogether.

Of course, we could not miss on trying their signature and classic soufflés. The French Vanilla came hot and we were thought to pour the sauce while it's hot as it'll taste even better that way. When I popped the middle open, I felt the softness and freshness of the soufflé which I also experienced when I first tasted it. It wasn't too sweet and milky. Just perfect, perfect for my tastebuds!

Le Petit Soufflé is such a happy place for foodies who are looking for a cute and artsy cafe/resto that serve good food that's worth paying for. I will definitely go back here for happier and lovelier experiences.

Post birthday celebration with my best buddies. Insert Jaizen T !128523

Le Petit Soufflè is a Frensh-Japanese resto which offers comfort foods which undeniably great. I've been here a few times but it was my first time writing a review of it.

The place was beautiful. Going inside was like entering a different dimension. The interiors were great, I really love the garden concept with a twist of french tables and chairs. My fave were the rolling pins hanged on the faux trees. Every part of the resto was really amazing. I just can't get over how perfect the interiors were.

I liked Le Petit mainly because of the desserts. The mains were great but I wish for bigger serving tho the quality and taste worth the price.

We ordered:

Squid Ink.

Seafood paella negra with a twist lol. Eating the squid inked rice alone would do but I was hoping for more toppings tho. 128513

Kinoko Frites.

Fried mushrooms for our appetizer while waiting for our mains which usually takes time to prepare. It was good, tastes like calamares. I still prefer Mushroom Chicharon from Chelsea Kitchen

Pork Bourguignon.

The dish was good. The most flavorful dish among the mains we ordered. Nothing special.

Japanese Beef Curry Souffle.

This dish never disappoints me. I'm not a curry lover but it's an exemption. The savory cheese souffle was fluffy andd i really love the creamy curry sauce. It's better to order this in advance coz it takes 20 minutes to prepare the dish.

Valrhona Grand Crus.

Katie ordered this for our dessert to sum up our evening. Of course, a celebration is not complete without a cake for my Birthday lol. It looks like an ice cream cake because of less flour was used to create this beautiful cake.

The cake was sooooo good. It's perfect! You could taste the richness and quality of chocolate used on this cake. Not too sweet, smooth and melts in your mouth. I was planning to order red bean matcha souffle but having Valrhona Grand Crus was enough to satify my dessert craving. I highly recommend this cake! 128076

Cold Matcha with Matcha Softee.

This place is one of my fav dining place here in the metro. And for obvious reasons is my 300th review. 300!!!! For spartaaa (matchaaaa) 128517 sorry corny joke, moving on.128516

Most of the time im happy after dining here except for one. But for this visit we are satisfied with what we had. We booked in advance via an app so that we'll have a discount but wasnt able to get our free dessert that comes with that reservation. Oh well lesson learn.

As usual, the squid ink rice was very delicious. Its my must order here. Japanese beef curry souffle was superb, its good for 2 to 3 person, perfect fusion of japanese and french. Pasta that we had was okay, it doesnt have the wow factor as compare to the previous 2 dishes but nonetheless was good.

And oh, the matchaaaa was 128076128077128588 probably my top matcha place, it was perfectly bitter (if it makes sense). Now that im thinking about it, i might come here again next week for it.

The place was nicely done, quite similar to wholesome table it has this green garden feel. In terms of service i had no complain at all for this visit.

Finally had the chance to eat here! Been wanting to try their matcha ice cream. 128523

Interiors are superb. It's like you're in a garden outside your french villa. Few people dining on a slow Sunday night. Servers were very attentive.

We ordered onion soup (P225), french toast P295 (coz why not for dinner?), porc bougnion (P425), and for dessert, I got a matcha softee (P95) and my friend got the matcha parfait. Forgot the price of the parfait, I think it's about P180.

Onion soup is super yummy! Ugh! The cheese on top is so thick. Yum. The soup is very thick too so it was already filling. I shared my french toast with my friend but we still had leftover. The bread slices were huge with creamy topping. Pwede for sharing talaga. The pork dish was really good and with large pork cubes. Very tender. You can really taste the herbs and the nice combination of the veggies.

The matcha! It's so goood! 128077🏼128077🏼128077🏼 Very strong matcha flavor. It melts quickly though so snap right away! I'll definitely come back for the matcha souffle and the beef curry souffle. I actually wanna taste all of the other dishes! 128516

Met with my college buddies here last week. One of my balikbayan friend from korea simply love the place and it reminded her of how most of the cafe in korea look like this. The place is just instagramable and girls would sure love the place.

I recommended to them the squid ink rice while I ordered the light vegetarian soba. The place was a little full so our order took almost 30-45minutes before it was served. They love the rich flavor of the squid ink rice but complained that there should be more toppings hehe128517. For the soba I love the simple taste of it. Just quite expensive for such a simple dish. For dessert we got the chocolate souffle. The 3 of us ultimately love this dessert. The taste of the sour berry was just a little off. If you didn't know there was berry in it you'll think that the chocolate is panis.hehe..

Just had my gelato at chiara but i figure since its been a while since i visited this place it would be nice to drop by.

I pass on my fav matcha latte with softee, and went for matcha souffle pancake instead since i javent tried this one out. 128522

It was good. It comes with a maple syrup which doesnt match the matcha since its too sweet while theres this creamy one that was just perfect.

The souffle pancake had a hint of matcha but i like its rich warm texture. 128522

I finally got to visit again after a year, I think!

This time, aside from the Japanese Beef Curry Soufflé, I was also able to try the Squid-Ink Rice and the Kinoko Frites.

As usual, the Japanese Beef Curry was superb! Just make sure to prepare yourself for the wait as it takes them 20 minutes to prepare this dish.

The Squid-Ink Rice is also good, I love the scrambled egg and the seafood that came with the dish is delicious.

Kinoko Frites was also delicious, it kind of reminded me of chicharon hehe. The sauce that came with it goes perfectly with the frites.

Didn't have a chance to get dessert because we were already so full from the mains.

My only problem with my experience is that their water glasses are too small. We constantly had to ask for water refills.

Cannot wait for this to open in Megamall and UP Town so that I can visit more often!

This is now one of my favorite restaurants! Everything about this place is just perfect! The pricing, relative to the taste and serving, is reasonable. I got to try their squid ink rice, and each bite of this meal just bursts with amazing flavors. I also ordered their mac and cheese, which went beyond my expectations. Lastly, for dessert, I tried their dark chocolate soufflé, and let me tell you, you'll really get what you paid for. This restaurant is just WOW.

Very, very nice place. This is probably the most instagrammable restaurant I've seen in Makati. Food does not disappoint either! The steak was so tender, so rich in flavor, it just melts in your mouth (get it medium done). The squid ink rice is also very tasty, gets you full despite looking so small. End your meal with a souffle, that's what they're known for - I preferred the Vanilla over the Dark Chocolate one. All in all, this French-Japanese fusion restaurant is one of a kind, and a must try in Century City Mall!

Le Petit Soufflé is a French-Japanese comfort food by Pastry Chef Miko Paras, with Kristine Lotilla and Chef Noel Mauricio, in partnership with Charles Paw of Hole in the Wall both located in Century City Mall at Poblacion, Makati City.

The inside takes after an adorable French bistro with a patio nursery feasting vibe and fashionable Japanese accents. I really love the ambience of this restaurant. Perfect place to hangout with family and friends.

You can have lunch or supper here with French-and Japanese-motivated dishes, or simply hang out for Chef Miko's signature desserts.

My friends and I planned a visit to Le Petit Soufflé on a Wednesday afternoon. Stepping into the restaurant, I instantly needed to give it the honor for best interior design among all of the restaurants I've been that time. I cannot get over how pretty it is inside this restaurant. They get a perfect score in ambiance! Adding the rolling pins on the faux trees gave it a very funky vibe which I liked.

We ordered "Chicken Pomodoro" (P350) - Fusilli, seared chicken breast, basil, and fresh mozzarella topped shaved parmesan. I'm really a pasta lover and I would say that this is sooo good! I loved it. We also ordered their "Classic French Onion Soup" (P220) - Caramelized onion and bacon topped with a slice of rye bread, gratinated gruyere and emmental. A dish that I didn't try but my friend raved about, was the "Squid-Ink Rice" (P395) -
Fresh seafood, shimeji and soft scrambled egg on squid-ink rice. It's like a black paella topped with egg and big chunks of fresh scallops, shrimps, squid, and mussels. So good! One of my friends also tried their "Just Mac and Cheese" (P395) - Flawlessly cooked Macaroni suffocated in a blend of Sharp Cheddar and velvety mozzarella, and highlighted by a mix of shimeji and crimini mushrooms. Cuts of Hungarian Sausage and tosses of burned Foie Gras gives the dish an additional flavor to the dish. Oh, so good!!

On my next visit, I'm planning to try their Japanese Boeuf Curry Soufflé, Cold Matcha Latte with Matcha softee, and French Vanilla Bean Soufflé with Vanilla Creme Anglaise. Ahhh, I can't wait!

The Hype is real. Le Petit Souffle is most definitely a restaurant that should be on your MUST VISIT list.

Oh wow! That's my first reaction after taking a bite of the "salted egg lava croissant". As you can see in the first picture it's like a regular dessert croissant with a drizzle of caramel and meringues on top. I thought to myself that maybe the name "salted egg" should be "salted caramel" since there are no signs of egg anywhere. When I got to the middle, something oozed out (please see 2nd photo). It was the slated egg yolk! This is the first time I tried a SALTED EGG YOLK cooked in MEDIUM-RARE and its inside a dessert! Sweet and salty had a great balance plus flakiness of the bread and the texture of the salted egg was perfection!

Too bad that this dessert's availability is limited. I begged the server to ask their chef to include this on their regular menu because it's too damn good! Fingers crossed!!!

Dining here was very exciting. With different desserts and entrees, one wants to try every photo in the menu. Every dish has their own character to show off.

Upon entering the establishment, it feels like a different world and you're not situated in a mall. With flower pots and grasses all over combined with white wooden fences, it feels like spring in the area. Fresh, vibrant, and clean.

Squid Ink Rice.. It's like their version of paella negra, but Japanese rice was uses. The rice is cooked fluffy and moist. It was generously topped with different flavors of the sea from fish, octopus, squid, a mussel and a prawn. The scrambled egg was so fluffy and light that it feels like it was topped with unsweetended cotton candy.

Just Mac n' Cheese.. it was heavenly good! I loved how it is rich in ingredients, making it totally worthy of its price. I kept closing my eyes savoring every bite because it was THAT good.

For dessert, we ordered the Valrhona Grand Crus which I honestly think, could pass as the mother of all desserts. The chocolate was really good and it blended with the hot milk which the waitress poured into very well.

This definitely stole the top spot of my most favorite and recommended Italian cuisine I've tried. The service was really good as the waitress never allowed our glasses to be empty.

Also, it was not packed compared to other restos that made us appreciate and savor its ambience. I would totally recommend this place to everyone!
