Buffet is one of the great option when in Borcay. Since eating here would always take 300-500 per meal. So buffet is a great option. Le Soleil is one of the hotel that we pass by that was offering a good deal for dinner buffet. For only 450Php you'll get to eat all you can Oyster, baked tahong, steamed crabs, pork bbq, grilled chicken, made to order pasta and many more. Their dry grilled chicken was so good. We kept coming back for more of that chicken. The chicken skin was so tempting good. Baked tahong and Oyster was also my favorite. Just be careful not to disturb your stomach. Their pork bbq tasted good it was like pork tocino that was barbequed. Steamed crabs was just okay they weren't that aligue fat kind of crab but not bad for 450. Service was also so good! Ate was full service on our table when there were no more oyster on the buffet table. She would just get directly from the kitchen and serve our table. They just kept refilling the buffet table as long as you request for an item. Unlike on other buffet that would trick you and after awhile they won't refill the buffet.

Overall this was a great deal!

Another tip when in Caticlan port don't forget to get those booklet being handed out because inside is a VIP card that give you less 10% on most of the resto in boracay. Lucky we got this buffet for only 405Php because of that card. :)

Sorry for the awful photos. Have no strength to stand up - too full. Lol.

At P500, this buffet is ok, although it wouldve been better if they offered shrimps too. 9786

Seafood buffet for our last night in the island. Hubby enjoyed the shrimp while I enjoyed the cheesy baked mussels. Choices are limited but at least, everything tasted good or okay. 128521

My friends and I tried out their buffet dinner last night. For the kind of international clientele at their disposal, the food choices where Filipino fare and fairly pedestrian.

I had the salad, buttered veggies, carbonara (made to order), pork adobo and chicken adobo (cooked and served separately, for some odd reason).

Their others choices, which I didn't try, were chicken tinola, pork ribs and a variety of fish that were grilled to order.

The diners last night were mostly Filipino. An international food offering would probably have enticed more foreigners to come in. But then again, that's just me.

Hotel room was ok. I think they need to improve their lightings especially during rainy season as room seems to be darker during these days.

The service was good and hotel staffs are friendly. The facility is also secured as you could see uniforms guards on duty all the time.

I love this place! Rooms are nice & clean with enough space good for two. The pool was renovated last year and I haven't got a chance to take a look at it yet but the old pool was nice as well. It is located near D'mall & within walking distance from Boat station 1. Although the hotel is in the midst of the busy Station 2, it is peaceful & quiet inside the hotel. Their rates are a bit pricey but if you book early, you can get good discounts. For good rates try agoda.com.

I just had my early birthday celebration in Boracay. We had some mishaps going and coming home but i still enjoyed.

We initially planned to stay in Boracay Mandarin but the available rooms are beyond our budget. After weeks of looking for a place to stay, i finally decided to book in le soleil thru asiatravel (www.asiatravel.com).

We spent our first 2 nights in le soleil. I found out about the hotel from an acquaintance who stays here everytime she's in Boracay. We arrived at night because of our delayed flight. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the guard who showed us the frontdesk. They immediately checked our reservation and got our voucher and id. While waiting, welcome drinks were served as well as shell necklaces which they had us wore. A few minutes after, they showed us our room. We had beach towels on our bed aside from the bath towels. The room was big enough for 2 people. It was clean and looked comfortable if you have activities for the day. The comfort room though was small. The shower area, toilet, sink and door can be reached with one step. Their breakfast buffet is ok. Nothing fancy or special but still tasted good. The hotel had a nice beachfront. They had beach chairs and they have guards who're stationed at the beachfront area unlike other hotels. Their staffs are friendly and accommodating as well. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from dmall which is nice because there's a lot of restos to choose from.

I liked the hotel because it's not as pricey as other beachfront hotels. I'd consider staying here again next time if i'm not on a tight budget.
