✅ Nice location - in a much quieter part pf Tagaytay.

✅ Friendly staff - very accommodating. They actually gave us free room upgrade.

✅ Room amenities - nice big spaceous room. Comfy bed which makes you want to stay in it the whole day. Bath tub inside the comfort room.

⛔️ Wifi - although free, very weak. And keep on disconnecting. Weirdly enough cause our room was just on the ground floor.

stayed at lee boutique for 2 days during the weekend.

check in was a bit slow. had to pay 2500 as deposit, good thing i had 2500 coz i read previous looloo reviews. haha.

our room was upgraded from superior to deluxe for 2 days. no complaints! the room was big and had a couch and table with 2 chairs. the cabinet was big and the tv stand had cabinets too. the mini ref was below the tv.

the cr has a bathtub and it was clean. no toilet bidet 128562. shower was strong! good job!

bed was a bit hard but the pillows were soft. free water, nagaraya and c2 for 2 everyday. haha.

the view from the room balcony was not good. rooftop deck view just was okay. some tall trees were blocking the view.

the resto ouie!? - not sure of the name was so so. free breakfast was basic. american and filipino. so so.

parking was not enough. had to park in the basement during our first night. all the 5 spaces in front were occupied.

free internet was mediocre. my not good smart internet was sometimes better.

i still liked the hotel since it's near the rotonda. the hotel is a bit old now, needs renovations soon.

the manong guard was nice. front desk people were slow. i don't have major issues. will i come back? not soon.

I bought 2 nights on agoda for this hotel for my department team building. I knew of the terms and conditions of the booking and as we were set, it was all accepted. 2 days before the trip, the country was hit by the habagat that didn't stop for several days. We all know what happened there. So what j did was I wrote the hotel a day before the trip and told them in light of what happened, we would have to reschedule as some of my officemates couldn't even leave their homes due to the flooding. And as fellow Filipinos who know first hand what it feels like to be affected by a typhoon, I thought they would be accommodating. They gave me the run around that it hAd to be cleared by agoda first and that it was all subject to Approval. They even told me the resort was open that day of the flooding and that my booking would be a no show. I told them you may be open but the access roads weren't. I complied for the sake of it and wrote agoda and it was then agoda told me in writing that the final decision was up to the hotel. So when I chased them back for rebooking alternative dates, they took of 2 weeks to respond and I had to keep calling them for that. In the end, they allowed the 2 night stay only for stays from Sunday to Thursday and that we would not be accommodated for anything past October booking (our original paid booking was for a weekend in August). I asked them to reconsider the terms as my team could only do a weekend stay but sometime in December. They said it would no longer be extended as they already did their best to accommodate us. What made this whole thing bad is the person in charge would not make me talk to a senior management rep so I could air my complaint.
They would always say not available or no consideration would be extended anymore. We couldn't do the trip based on their terms so in other words I lost my 10,000++ for the booking altogether. The resort may look good but the people and the management have absolutely no customer service knowledge and are the most arrogant and insensitive people I have dealt with. I hope they lose customers with this review and hope people stay elsewhere where they can enjoy what they paid for. This is a hotel managed by money hungry insensitive people who should not be called pinoys as they don't know how to empathize with their own people. Stay away from this hotel.

We used 2 maps to reach this place. But to my surprise.. We got lost. Haha! Please update.

Place - its okay naman. I've seen what I expected from a 3 star hotel.

Service - 4/5
Got a suplada treatment at first but they made "bawi" naman (sorry arte). Very courteous staff and willing to help.

Down side lang though is we were not able to use our mobile phones while inside the rooms, no network. You have to go to their lobby to use your mobile.

With the internet connection, they have wifi signal at the lobby but no internet. Hehe!

Disconnect and rest.

We just have to remind them to clean the room, replenish everything (water, toiletries).

Food was okay.

With its location and value for money, I think I will be back.

We booked a room for our quick weekend staycation. I always see this hotel whenever we're in tagaytay and I was happy to see that they still had a room available on our preferred date. AND, we got 1k off from using our Agoda points, yay!
The interiors were tastefully decorated in a pseudo European style. We just came from our hike when we got there so we got some bad stares from other couples. Who cares hahaha!
After about 5mins we were led to our room on the first floor. The size is cozy but still refreshing. Still going with the European theme, it is decorated in rich colors and fabrics. There was also a daybed which I promptly napped on after my shower. The bed is a queen with very comfortable pillows (4!) and duvet! Divine!
The bathroom was a bit cramped though, there's a bath tub but no bidet and hair dryer.
My husband and I both slept really well, no pamamahay.
Breakfast is included in the reservation, you just have to choose from their breakfast menu. I chose p&p which was pancakes and protein. However, they didn't have syrup for the pancakes! Wth! 128514128514128514 good thing I was a trooper and just made do with the butter and sugar!

Very very bad customer service. Had a hard time checking in and checking out as you can't get a hold of the employees. The room itself was nuce but the staff needs more training to improve the customer experience.
