Sorry, this is not a review of Leonardo's lechon. I don't even know this place. I just chose it cos it's obscure, which is just like the food in the picture above that I'm about to review.

This is a review of Gusti's Lechonito de Cubao. It's like a rolled up liempo, but with extremely crispy skin on the outside and tender-fatty meat on the inside. It tastes so much better than some of the lechon's I've had. The skin is ultra crispy and the herbs used in the pork roll-up are just divine! (Mostly lemongrass).

It's so cheap pa at 505 pesos and they deliver almost anywhere for an additional 30 pesos. It's free in the cubao area cos that's where they're based.

This place has no dine-in restaurant and is strictly pick up or delivery only.

This was just introduced to me by an officemate. I can't stop thanking him for it.

Absolute must try.
