The supervisor gave wrong instructions. Instead of getting facial complete procedure, service was only basic facial. When I asked why brushing and laser was not done, staff said only basic facial was endorsed to her. I came there at 11:30am when I'm the only customer! How can they have this kind of miscommunication ????!!!!

If you are in dire need of a regular facial, you can get it here for 245php.

They also offer facial with face mask packages and your aesthecian will try to do an upsell while doing your facial. You are, of course, free to turn down the offers but do it nicely. You wouldn't want an angry or upset aesthecian doing your facial. 128513

Yup, this is a continuation of my review yesterday. I posted this photo to see how uneven they painted my nails. So no, I don't recommend Let's Face It (Tomas, even the one in Trinoma).

So many hidden charges. They won't tell you if they charge extra.
Have my manicure here was supposed to have my pedicure but I didn't continue coz the lady who did my manicure removed thick cuticle when I told her to thinly trim the sides of my cuticle.
Anyway, that's not yet the highlight of it. I love nail polish so I brought my own, unfortunately I forgot my base coat and I asked them if they have a base coat, the lady just said yes. So I thought there's no extra charge for that base coat knowing that a BASE COAT is expected when having a manicure in a place like this. Ended up paying for an extra fee. If they told me, I would've just used their nail polish too and would've given a them better tip. Hidden charges is one of the things that ticks me off. Customers should be informed. That's our right.

They didn't allow me to get a facial. They said I'm still a minor and I'll be needing to consult a dermatologist personally! I was in an emergency and I'll be having my graduation picture pictorial the next day! Damn.

I used to go to Lay bare for underarm waxing. My friend told me that hot wax is better, so now I go to Let's Face It since it's the only one that I know of that has waxing services in Trinoma. I always go to the Trinoma branch but it was packed last Saturday so I had to go some other time. Since I was already in the Tomas morato area, I went here instead.

The place is really big and there weren't any customers so I was easily accomodated. Since they also offer eyebrow threading, I had that done as well.

In trinoma, they thread the tiny hairs that are left, but here they pluck it. I prefer the threading. But overall, their waxing is less painful.

The eyerbrow threading hurt so much 128557 I was teary eyed the whole time, some tears even fell down my face and the lady had to wipe it. HAHA. It also took her so long to get the shape right and i kept on complaining that it wasn't "pantay", usually, my right eyebrow would always end up thicker, so I asked her to do it again around 2 times.

I don't think I'm coming back to this branch... Plus I'm sticking to the eyebrow threading in Lay Bare, less painful.
