Upon entering, the interiors of the place amazed me. It's a mix of modern architecture and contemporary retro design. It's very welcoming and gives a feel like you are in a youth hangout spot.

Love the mix of retro, Hindu and Buddhist decorations. The white walls around the room also give a clean and heavenly feel. Makes me enthusiastic to proceed with our yoga class and experience the art of uniting the mind, body, and soul. The huge vector art of yoga poses on the walls of the studio are also mesmerizing.

They also provide high-quality yoga equipment such as mats, straps, and blocks. Just some of the things you need for a good quality yoga experience.

Lockers are available so you could keep your valuables safe. The shower and loo are also inside the locker room.

Full details and HD photos on my blog.

Another KFIT session for my holiday backlog, hee hee.

We had signed up for the Core Flow which to my surprise felt like almost a hot yoga session for me.

The studio was average and kind of cramped; and the ventilation was not as friendly for me.

Don’t get me wrong, the practice was great; learned a few new poses, however, I just found the class size a bit too big.

A good try for this studio especially if you’re keen to burn the calories from all the yummy restos around BGC, hehe!

☑️ You'll love the interiors and studio wall art
☑️ Shower, locker, mats provided. Towels for rent.

Try Enzo's Ash Asana classes. It's an Ashtanga + Vinyasa class that's beginner-friendly, with challenging surprises here and there 128522

This is a beginner-friendly yoga studio!

I was a bit worried it would be kind of like the other yoga studio I've been to where they were all pros / a little snobby haha but thankfully I wasn't the only n00b. I may be the only uncoordinated one though. And deaf. Lol.

Which means if I - weak, uncoordinated, and hard of hearing can do it - anyone can, too!

My first class here was taught by a friendly French guy named Seb. For someone hard of hearing like me who can barely understand someone even with a Filipino English accent, a French English accent just adds more complexity. 128517

"Fingers... Make sure... Breathing."

I look up and everyone is already on low plank with their right leg lifted. I'm there left at downward dog with shaking legs, proud that I haven't collapsed just yet. Hahahaha.

Thankfully, he is friendly. He also corrects poses every now and then and you won't feel the pressure to just keep pushing even when you're about to pass out haha. I forgot how much I love child's pose. Or shavasana. 128514

Went to his class again this afternoon and it was a full house! About 12-15 students maybe. Good class. Will definitely try to go more often. 128522
