Lime Hotel Boracay is indeed a must-try! It's easy to give this hotel 5 stars for its excellent customer service despite being a relatively new hotel (opened in Q3 2015 i think).

When our arrival got delayed due to some inefficiencies at the boat terminal, hotel staff sent me an sms to check up on us & to know if we need anything. When we finally arrived, couple of hotel staff welcomed us with big smiles at the ground floor and carried our luggages. They gave each or us cold towel and iced cold lime juice. Guess what, hotel lobby smells like lime too 128540

We stayed in their family room, which is quite spacious & could easily fit 6 people. The room looks, smells & feels very clean. Pool area is lovely too especially during sunset and night time. Pool size isn't too big. There's also a pool bar though we didn't try it. Although the pool closes at 10pm, the hotel manager gladly accommodated my request to take an urgent conference call (work) in the pool area (11pm to 1am) because wifi is not that strong in our room.

Lime Hotel is located in Station 2, about 3 to 5mins walk to the beach so away from all the noise. I like that it's situated in the middle of D'mall and D'Talipapa so you don't have to walk far to get to those places.

Hotel staff gives out freebies (lime-colored shades & waterproof cellphone/camera bag) to their guests who post a photo using their hashtag. On the day before we left, they left us a thank you note and gave each of us packed gummy bears, which I find really sweet & thoughtful of them 128059

Just some cons/warning though: Hotel is located on the 2nd floor (Bon Chon resto occupies the 1st floor). One has to climb stairs to the main entrance so may not be ideal for elderly people. While there's an elevator inside the hotel, it is weirdly designed such that you still have to climb stairs to get to your room.

Will I consider going back to this hotel? Definitely!! 128522128156
