We ordered the beef stew hotpot and we absolutely loved it. partner it with yang chow and youd feel like your in Hk or SG. the not so good thing is the siew mai. it tastes different, i mean really different. taste and see for yourself. cheers.

I really really wanted some hakaw, but I was disappointed to find that they'd run out of the stuff by the time I dropped in for dinner. Instead I ordered the wanton soup (php155) which was pretty good for the price. It's a big bowl of hot soup with veggies and several pieces of wanton. I wasn't able to count the pieces of wanton, but definitely it was more than 4 - it was much more than I expected considering the price on the menu so I was pleasantly happy.

I'd been here another time before, and I'd ordered the hakaw (hence the craving this time round) and I thought the hakaw was pretty good especially considering this is a fast food Chinese place (where dimsum generally tend to suck). The wrapper was not too thick or too thin, and the shrimp pieces were of decent medium size. It tasted quite fresh too.

Probably one of my favorite beef wanton noodles. The broth was really good! It had a generous serving of tender and tasty beef. The wanton was just okay though.

We also ordered chicken feet and it was pretty good too!

Beef asado wanton noodles is an old school Chinese comfort food .... a steaming hot broth of beef garnished with leeks and leafy vegetables. Perfect for my gnawing feeling in the tummy on a wet rainy afternoon 1280779786️... 311088️.... Coz I like my beef in a tender brisket moist chewy stew type

So sad the Congressional branch had to close down. 128532 At least they still have remaining branches around the city.

I always order their Halo Congee especially when I feel sick. Very tasty for lugaw! And they have generous portions! 128513

Wasn't able to eat merienda so this was dinner for tonight: hakaw and beef noodle soup! Good choice esp. w/the noodle soup. The broth is really tasty and comforting. Yes, it was the perfect way to cap my Monday madness. 128076

Very simple, actually. Ling Nam is the rich man's Chowking. It is reasonably priced at less than 200 php for a bowl of wanton noodles. This is the Chinese version of comfort food.

Ling Nam!! It really amazes me how they have brought the original Binondo branch to Glorietta and how they kept some things same while most different.

Still love their congee - perfectly simple and delish. Plus notice their glasses used for teas which very much reminds me of the Chinatown branch.

But, I found it weird that they tried to include Filipino dishes in their menu. I doubt anyone would eat here in search for breakfast sinangag.

Service is SLLOOOWWWW ! When we were here there's only 3 server and more people in the kitchen and cashier ! Food was good especially the fish tofu hotpot. The garlic spinach though was a little over cooked for me.

ordered fish fillet with tofu, sweet an sour pork, lemon chicken and yang chow fried rice. everything tasted good. serving-wise, big enough. taste-wise, north park wins for lemon chicken and chowking wins for sweet and sour pork. the fish fillet with tofu is still the best dish we ordered.

was suppose to give 4 127775 but service really sucked. after 20mins or so, nung nilagay na mga order biglang not available daw yung isang dish so we had to order again so ang tagal nanaman namin nagantay for it. sana kasi sinabi nila during or after we ordered agad agad. boohoo 128078128078128078

AWFUL SERVICE! 128078

Sayang, because the food wasn't bad. (In photo: homemade tofu with 3 kinds mushroom)

I wouldn't come back unless they can promise more attentive and efficient servers.

I ordered up the Wanton noodle, my usual order in every Chinese noodle chain. I can say it is good, but kinda lacks taste in the soup. I love the taste of their wanton, not the usual one but taste really delicious. And what's best here is the price, its really cheap! I can recommend this place for those who are looking for good yet affordable chinese dining. 127836128523

Ling Nam for merienda.

I like the Hakaw! 128522 It's my first time to taste it and its a good break from my usual pork siomai or dumpling. Its all soft, warm and well stuffed. 128518128518

Their servers were fast and accommodating. It was a bit chilly where we were seated since the aircon was blowing right at our faces. When we complained about the temperature they offered to turn off that particular AC right away. 128079128077

The Beef Noodles here are also yummy. 128522

Wanton Beef Noodles,, FTW!! 127836127836127836

Generous serving of tender beef and pork/shrimp wanton swimming in tasty soup!

I also liked their hot house tea! 127861127861127861 (not too tea-ish 128521)

Authentic Chinese! Delish!!

The serving is good for one hungry person.

Price: 150-250/meal

Possibly the worst siomai I ever had! Look at the miniscule shrimp on top of this monstrosity!

Asado Siopao. Sweet and tender with a generous serving for the filling. This is good with beef noodle soup. A must-try!

Classic favorite, Beef Wanton Noodle Soup. I was still in Primary School when my folks used to take me to their branch in Shopesville, Greenhills. It was gone for sometime and now they're back in business and it tastes just the way it was made years ago. 1 serving is good for 2 and you can simply order extra soup to fill up 2 bowls. The noodle serving is also enough and heavy on the stomach with just the right texture. Beef is tender and tasty while the wanton tastes authentic! This is perfect with an asado siopao.

Eating here brings back memories of little Bernie going to a neighborhood noodle place with Grandma a long time ago in Manila.
Enough reminiscing and here's my review: Wonton Noodles with Beef Sauce = Outstanding;
Boneless Bangus Rice Meal = Mediocre
Siomai = YUCK!

I'd still return for another bowl-ful of Wonton Noodles with Beef Sauce (with extra beef sauce) ;)

The Kung Pao Chicken was supposed to be a specialty but for me - it was a bit bland. T'was okay at best but would've wanted the meal to be a bit more tastier.
