One of those restaurants that is frequently visited by tourists not because of the food but because of the view and the dining experience. The food ain't that bad, typical Filipino fare.

Having lunch atop a raft pushed by a motorised boat while cruising Loboc River is fun. The water sports a green hue due to the reflection of the limestones. I am too lazy to google Loboc but i am guessing the water is not intended for swimming unless you have Phelps' aqua skills. It looks might deep with strong currents.

The view is spectacular - lush greeneries, one can marvel at the magnificent work of nature. I would love to hug dem trees!

Nice experience! Love the scenery 🏞and food 🍽127865127854127835127830127831127820127817. The simple cruise is relaxing due to windy weather, delicious food and presentations. There were live band and dance presentation by students.

The Loboc River Cruise in Bohol is the famous cruise with buffet lunch and a live performance.
Where can you eat peacefully while listening to an old songs of the performer and cruisin to the river.
The people of bohol are so accomodating and polite.
I must go back to this place one more time. 128522

After a tiring trek at the Chocolate Hills and Tarsier conservation place.....we headed for lunch at the Loboc River Cruise.

Good thing we had been seated on a boat w better tasting dishes than the others (based on my visual opinion).

As we lined up for the buffet and had our lunch ( bbq, vegetables, fried chicken , pancit bihon , etc)

The cruise began and the river breeze helped ease that humidity in the air.

We passed by several kids jumping out of the banks and into the river...innocence and carefree as they are...free from complications of progress.

We passed by singing choirs on the banks and listened as they joyfully serenaded as with their music.

This isnt my first time to experience this cruise, i think my 3rd...,yet i still look forward to this ride everytime am in Bohol.

For about ~P450 (P350 lunch buffet and P100 entrance fee), you get to eat while cruising one of the most lush river in the country.

I really love water. It's like I'm a mermaid in my past life. Love swimming, love looking at any body of water. It relaxes me. So I'm really happy that we did this in our Bohol Trip. 128513128077

The food was good as well, but the best part was when my guy friends decided to jump over the other floating stage like area, of them people dancing. They started dancing with them and it was really funny. 128513

I really hope that they will be able to maintain the beauty of this river so that the future generation can enjoy them as well. Good job Bohol! 128513128077

The Loboc Floating Restaurant is one of a kind. A trip to Bohol won't be complete without this experience.

The registration is a bit chaotic so it's better to pay for a tour of Bohol that already has a fee for the restaurant. Meaning, it was paid ahead of time and that will save you from having to queue up on a sea of people for your ticket.

The slightly scary part is entering the big boat. You can only step on a couple of bamboo stems and the boat can be shaky. Just take a deep breath, don't crowd and walk quickly.

The food makes up for that scary bit. It's definitely Pinoy. You'll enjoy it with buko and the wonderful view of nature as you cruise along the river. Just when you start to feel bored from eating, the boat stops and an entertaining production number from Boholanos will be shown. It's such a happy vibe that will always make you smile.

I asked our driver what floating restaurant he can suggest to us at Loboc River Cruise. He told me that it's the Riverwatch Floating Restaurant. He even told me that it's the most popular to the tourist and artist. 128541

➡ The buffet rate is 350+, plus some additional payment like entrance and other stuff.
➡ The food was just OK. Minimal number of foods around 10 different viands, 5 fruits, Native Deli, etc. Their food tasted like decent home cooked meal.
➡ Their service were satisfactory.
➡ There's also a night river cruise which was said to be more beautiful, but some mosquitoes might kiss you! 128539
I guess the reason why this floating resto is the most popular is that they are on the entrance area that magnetize the customers 128516 I still put this as part of experience. 128521

Buffet here is a bit pricey during dinner but only few people, compared to the sooo long wait and crowded lunch buffet. I'm just not sure which is nicer. Specially the river view.

They will tour you at the Loboc River. The boat will pause for few minutes on a hut with a band and you will listen to them singing, watch them dance and even join them play eukelele and dance with them tinikling.

I liked it! 128522

Good food & great view. The foods aren't all seafoods so I really enjoyed eating. P350 for the food buffet plus P100 for the tourism fee. Plus you'll get a free postcard.
