We were craving for Filipino food and we ended up at Lola Idang's Original Pancit Malabon.

Aside from their famous Pancit Malabon, they also have Filipino dishes, desserts and pasalubong. We tried their Sinigang and Kare-Kare. Their Sinigang was okay but it would be better if their were more meat. On the other hand, their Kare-Kare seemed to have lots of peanut butter. I think I can have it as a sandwich spread.

We will just try their Pancit Malabon next time.

Lutong bahay at its best! I love their tapa and pork chop! You can fancy their array of filipino delicacy corner and pick out a dessert of your choice -- i like the cheese pie. Pricewise, its a good deal! Plus they have a cozy and dainty place. Whats good is even though the parking slots are limited you can always find a place to park your car- manong mr parking attendant is there to help. Personally in the countless times ive been there, we always managed to have a parking slot right in front of the entrance which made it very convenient for us. Kudos, this is one of my favorites along dona soledad.

They have the best pansit ever. I also like their binagoongan, crispy pata and lumpiang sariwa. Not too expensive...

It was our first time eating at Lola Idang's after living around the area for 3.5 years. Were surprised how Crispy binagoongan tasted! Yummy!! the serving is generous as well which makes it affordable. Cant wait to eat here again.

If you're looking for a resto that has a feel of like your Moms or Lolas 'lutong bahay' style, considerably, you'll love it here, specially the Sinigang na Baboy, mind you, a numbers of cuts to fill your stomach, also the Kare Kare with their own prepared bagoong, really really good. One best thing here is it a cheapo!

Lola Idang is a neighborhood favorite. Known for their pancit malabon, their other dishes work on a lazy, 'don't feel like cooking' day. Must try is their version of binagoongan. All you'll need is hot rice to complete the picture.
