We always see this in most handaan and sometimes get fed up eating the same stuff. Some shops serve this mundane stuff beaming with ingredients like chicharon, squid, boiled egg and shrimp sauce. But no matter how many times I have eaten this, I'm still on the lookout for one that serves a whopping kind of pancit we call by different names: lug log, palabok or malabon. Lola Idang's is one of the iconic brands serving this stuff plus they serve other Pinoy comfort food as well to my delight.

PANCIT MALABOOOOOON! 10084

One bilao is so full of toppings! Love it. Well, the taste... Hehe. I had to squeeze 3 calamansi on my one platito of pancit. It's not that tasty. 128584 3 stars for this.

Everybody has an opinion, it follows that every individual has his own taste buds. Just because everyone is saying something is good then one has to agree, thats where individualism comes to play. P320 meal consisting of 2 types of drinks, tocilog, tapsilog, pancit and bread is definitely not bad for many. For nosy OC like reviewers other factors should be considered. Was the place sanitary? Unfortunately a fly was hovering around that landed on the top of the Tropicana bottle. Was the place worth going back to? Listening to the their sound which was a radio station filled with talkies, pass. Were the staff attentive? This critic noticed most of the customers had no water and eventually this rater had to ask for one. As the popular saying goes, "you get what you paid for." This definitely applies to Lola Idang's, a very affordable price for its products for a fairly decent place to dine.

I love Lola Idang's because I grew up with it. My favorite here is the pancit malabon! :) and also the lechon kawali. The crispy pata is good too but then I realized it's not the best. Hehe

The place was already small to begin with and after the recent renovations it just got smaller, so it's a good thing that they deliver. :)

Your all time favorite Pancit Malabon at it's finest! One of the best Pancit Malabon in the metro. They also serve meals. Must try is their Kare-Kare. It's very creamy and tastes really good. Best thing is all their prices are really affordable. :)

Nothing fantastic, but I grew up with Lola Idang's affordable Filipino comfort food, so it's a godsend on some days.
