Hands down, this place serves THE BEST LOMI in the country and more.

Clark Lomi House Restaurant is a very unassuming place located just before the entrance to the airport. It looked more like a school cafeteria where you pick your food from a variety of choices and head to the cashier to pay.

We went there for breakfast and there were very few choices but we ordered their specialty (Lomi for P80) which they are known for and very much talked about.

It only took a few minutes before they served our meal. It took just one sip of their lomi and we were in Lomi Heaven. The taste just explodes in your mouth and you wouldn't want to stop until you've finished your bowl.

We went there again the following day for lunch. This time, the had a wider variety that you'd want to try everything (they got dessert too). Aside from the Lomi, they sure know how to cook their food that we also ordered to go.

This place is highly recommended and very affordable too. So the next time you're in Clark Pampanga, do visit this place. Promise, you won't regret it.

I always eat here because I am billeted at BluBianco due to fieldwork. We have to eat breakfast / dinner at this place twice or thrice a month since there are no nearby restos (walking distance). Ok, so the food is delicious but here's the catch:
1. 4pcs of small pusit is worth 65php
2. service is slow no one is even bothering to get our payment (this happened 3x) there was a time when all the waiters/servers were watching TV --- a volleyball game
3. other food items are quite expensive.
the place is for people who are not in a rush.

lunch at lomi house, clark air base, pampanga: paco salad+fried tawilis

healthy lunch to make up for all the red meat i've been ingesting. this place serves hot, homey, filling meals perfect for the budget conscious with hungry tummies. the paco salad is a favorite. you don't see a lot of places serving this. their tawilis is good, also their nilasing na hipon, another favorite. decent pinoy food.
