Get your longganisa fix here. You can even order them in packages if you really liked them. Almost a staple for us coming from Ace Water Spa.

They serve a variety of your local longganisas but the one on the pic are vigan and calumpit. We also ordered molo soup. All you love about longganisa - garlicky, peppery, moist and salty. They also serve it with 3 choices of dipping vinegar (sinamak, iloko and pinakurat) For the price of 99, every serving comes with fried egg, rice and iced tea. Truly worth your peso. Attentive and friendly staff, the place is homey and conveniently located in Kapitolyo Pasig. I'll definitely go back to try other variety. I'd say 10/10.

From top going clockwise: The FoodClub explored VIGAN, SIGNATURE CHILI LONGGANISA and PANGASINAN. The place was full when we dined in but wait time for a table to be free was tolerable. The service was fast and pleasant. Although am very particular with how they clean the table and chairs, specifically where we sat. After wiping with a damp utility towel, it should be wiped further with a dry one. Not an excuse that there is a queue of customers to overlook this. With the breakfast choices, The FoodClub was happy and full that morning

What a way to start the day with a powerful breakfast. After Ada's Birthday Nomo Night, we had to scout Kapitolyo for a good place to eat the following morning. Longganisa Sorpresa offers a variety from the northern part of the country to the southern part served with your sinangag and fried egg. You also have 3 choices how you want your longganisa cooked: Boiled/ Fried/ Grilled. Plus 3 choices of vinegar for dipping: Cane/ Tuba/ Pinakurat. First time in this place and my personal pick was their SIGNATURE CHILI LONGGANISA paired with their KAPENG BARAKO.

We were starving right after hydro-massage at ACE water spa and Longganisa Sorpresa was just across the street. We were not aware that there are different kinds of Longganisa aside from Lucban and Vigan so we decided to get their platter. It was kinda pricey... 399 for 5 kinds of Longganisa. I liked the Spicy (their signature) and Tuguegarao and the rest was just ok 128513

We tried the Vigan and Lucban, although their longganisa are authentic yet their servings was so disappointing. They only served 2 small pcs. oflongganisa. I just wish we had eaten in a Tapsilogan or just buy an authentic longganisa in a grocery which is I think way much better. I called their longganisa a "short"gganisa lol.

Their prices are expensive though. I just like their authenticity and their different kinds of vinegar.

Iced tea is good. Hope they can maintain having a wide variety of longganisas (some of the variants are sometimes unavailable)

Had dinner at this place tonight. Well, they have several longganisa you can choose from. We ate the longganisa Cabanatuan and i tastes good. I've also tried vigan longganisa before and taste like its authentic.

I should remember what I ordered if I plan on reviewing them. Sorry! But I think it's their special spicy longganisa. Not that spicy, just right. Very fatty. But their barako coffee's yummy :)

Tried their calumpit longanisa for it's supposedly garlicky of all variant. Was good enough but not too garlicky for my taste.

Wasn't able to get a picture! How annoying! Anyway, I'm not a big fan of longganisa, and I don't know how I ended up here in the middle of the day. But here I was.

I had the Cabanatuan longganisa. It was sweet, salty, and a little garlic-y. Pretty good. Better than most longganisas that I've had. But still, it was a little too oily than I'd want my food to be. But it hit the spot - kind of :)
