We've been passing by this place and it's always filled up! We finally tried it and now I know why. They sell porterhouse steak for only Php160! It's tender, cooked well (not burnt) and the gravy is super yum! It's not the instant type of gravy with lots of cornstarch. Their gravy is flavorful because of the herbs in it. The steak lacks taste, maybe adding a little bit of salt and pepper will help but their gravy fixes it! We also ordered bulalo. It has lot of flavor and the beef was soft but it didn't have the bulalo. It only had beef cubes. I'm just glad there were a lot of veggies unlike what they serve in other restos!

Sorry but I didn't like their foods here. The place and ambiance is cool, I would compared it in Central.

Baby Back Ribs was tender but I didn't like their sauce and too expensive for the price, low quality of food. Rub Ribs is way much better. Their Calamares wasn't crispy I mean it was so boring and not tasty. The spicy squid was errr? I think it should be spicy onions.

I'd give this place a hipster kind of vibe for a steak house. The ambiance has that western feel with accent pieces hanging around.with the furniture it gives it a homey feeling like it's an ancestral house.they combines it well.

Steaks are really soft, tender and well cooked( i mean not burnt on the outside) the flavor really lingers to your mouth tho.No wonder every night especially weekends the place causes traffic for parking area.haha

There's nothing much to see from the outside (especially at night). We were quite intrigued that there were several cars parked along the street and outside the bank beside it so we pulled into one of the slots. There was a bantay pa.

Pleasantly surprised at the whole vibe and feel of the place. We felt comfortably at home in minutes. There were couples, families and different groups of friends among the diners.

On the table

*T-bone Steak - Most parts were juicy. I could really taste the grilled-ness of the meat which the gravy covered up.
*Porkchop - Hubby was sad that he didn't order the T-bone Steak. The pork chops were a bit sweet. They may have used pineapples for the marinade.
*Ox Brain Fritters w/ Aioli Dip - I was taking my sweet time before diving into this. I took a small bite after hubby kept on prodding me to try it. This just isn't for me. Too mushy and I guess since I knew what it was, I didn't like it.
*Mozzarella Sticks w/ Salsa Dip - This was my fave from the meal. Straight up mozzarella sticks with tasty salsa. We even requested for extra.

Servings and taste were proportional to their prices. I won't go out of my way to come back here but if I were in the area I wouldn't mind going back and trying their Ribs.
