Business name does the trick for this place, I must say 128077 Also, due to numerous positive feedback, we didn't let our travel in Davao ends without dining in here. This branch is just walking distance to the hotel where we stayed, btw.

We were their first customers for that day. We arrived 5 minutes before store hours (10:30 start) so we waited for minutes before we can go in.

Staffs were still cleaning the floor and were arranging chairs at that time. For our meal, of course, awful chicken was chosen. I was supposed to order sauted shrimps on salted egg, however, they don't have shrimps yet. So I had (buttered) baked scallops instead. Waiter politely told me that orders may take up to 20 mins, and I said it's just fine. Baked scallops is a so-so whilst I love their awful chicken 128513 Oh, BTW! the waiter forgot to take note of our drink (durian shake), which we just cancelled when I noticed that it's not served. We were close to getting our bill when I remembered.

There are murals of famous personalities and characters that gave the place a cute atmosphere.

Looking for affordable and really really good food in Davao? Well you should think about trying out Lyndon's Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken, located at Roxas Avenue! Don't even believe the name of their restaurant because the food doesn't taste that way at all. Lyndon's Worst Ribs and Tadyang ni Ruby are my all time favorites! The meat has this flavorful bbq sauce coated all over for the ribs and fried at the right time for the Tadyang. The best part is that its so soft that you don't even need to chew it! Their service is also fast, you can get your order in 10 to 15 minutes max. I can truly say that dining here is worth every penny 128522

A+ for good food! Lyndon's offer weird names for food like Tasteless Pansit Canton/Bihon, Awful Chicken, Worst Ribs, Hon's Rubbish, Sinampalukang Sampalok, and a lot more. I've tried Lyndon's years ago and the taste didn't change at all!

We ordered Sinampalukang Sampalok which is made of goat meat, it's sort of Filipino's Sinigang dish but without the other ingredients like green veggies. It's really good! 11088110881108811088
We also ordered the famous Awful Chicken, which is not awful at all! I don't know what they put in their sauce but it's really tasteful! 1108811088110881108811088

When in Davao, visit LYNDON'S WORLD'S WORST RIBS AND AWFUL CHICKEN at Roxas st. 12783112784211088

A must-eat in Davao City. The very catchy name is definitely opposite to what they serve: one of the best ribs I have ever tasted. It's juicy and the meat falls right out of the bone! They also have a lot to choose from if you're not in the mood for beef. They have chicken, seafood, pork, cooked in many ways which are all delicious. Their Sinugba (freshest tuna cooked in vinegar) is a must-try too! And look how revamped this place is. Walls painted from floor to ceiling and they have a great painter ;)

Contrary to their name, their food is not the worst at all! Galing ng marketing ploy nila ha. It was pretty late when we got here (around 10pm) from Surigao & we were starving. We ordered so many but our bill only came up to P600++ for 4 people. Yan ang sulit!

Their ribs are tender & flavorful! Too bad that's the last piece. Buti may naabutan pa kami. The scallops & squid were cooked perfectly too! Hindi bubble gum levels. Ayoko talaga pag ganun naluto ang pusit...

Ambiance wise, there's not much to say. Parang school cafeteria na may air-con.

I kind of loved this rustic place. Situated just beside the street with the grill sitting outside waiting to be exploited. Lol. You will be served alfreco style and its nothing fancy so you can be yourself while digging in their goods. Me and my girlfried both ordered the worst ribs. Yep! WORST! Worst life if you haven't took a bite of their ribs. Oh man! It's very tender, it just melts in your mouth! How does it taste? Oh man, it's really worst so you really have to try it so you can find it out! Haha! The service was fine, there is really nothing to rant about them. It's good place to start your food trip here in davao and we still have a lot more in store for you.

Most places would claim that they have the best. Lyndon's did the opposite.

But honestly, they do have one of the best ribs I've had. (I wasn't able to get a good shot of the ribs. Sorry)

The meat was so tender, slide off the bone. Smokey taste, yummy sauce. Oooommph. At P125 for 250g with rice?! I'd be here everyday if this was near me.

We also had the baked scallops which was also amazing. It wasn't malansa. The cheese was so good. Better if they used mozzarella though.

I wasn't able to try their chicken though. I'm preparing for a whole day of eating eh. So balanced na lang muna. Hehe. I might drop by again for it before I go back to MNL.

Among all the places I ate in Davao, Lyndon's was my ultimate fave. Their ribs are the opposite of worst and their chicken, the opposite of awful. Their very intriguing tag line made us eat here to check if their ribs and chicken were really awful (but we highly doubted that it would taste icky). I ordered 400g of the Lyndon's World's Worst Ribs with rice and side for only 165php. It tasted SO good and really filled me up. The meat was so soft it falls off the bone, knife not needed!! Some of us also ordered Lyla's Awful Chicken for only 105php. It had the same sauce as the ribs so it was also good. Their servings are huge! Super sulit and yummy hayy 10084️ They also have interesting things on their menu like their Fish Be With You and Goat Meat.

They also have this huge flat screen tv which was on the History Channel when we ate there and we enjoyed it so much hihi. The place was just simple and so the extravagant flat screen kinda looked out of place but hey, no one cares about that. 128541

Can this resto be found manila? If yes, please tell me where cuz I love it so much! If not, then I do recommend eating here when you're in Davao. 128522

If you will visit Davao City, your travel is incomplete when you did not try Lyndon's... I tell you they have the best ribs in town!!! We tried the baby back ribs, baked scallops and chopsuey and all of them are very much recommendable... They are very much generous with the serving size and very much affordable also...

In love with this place! The place may have the conscious think twice about the quality of food here, but don't be fooled. They have the best ribs I've ever tried and it's cheap too! Definitely a must try when you go to Davao. :)

Who would have thought this humble food joint would serve the best ribs? Honestly, when I saw the place, i really doubted if they serve good food. But lo and behold, they have the most tender, and flavourful ribs i have ever tasted!

Don't let their tagline fool you though. Their ribs really falls off the bone. So can this humble food place offer that other restaurants here can't match? I mean, there are a lot of BBQ ribs restaurants out there, but what they can't rival is the price. Can you imagine, 400g of ribs = P155!!!!! Just 155! (They have 300-500g i think) Pair it up with a bottle of your favourite softdrink for only P15. Who can beat that? Just because they have a low price doesn't mean they sacrificed the quality of their food.

So if you're in Davao, look for this place along Roxas Avenue. It is a humble eatery, but they boast the world's "worst ribs and awful chicken"! :)

PS: wasnt able to try their chicken because they ran out of stock. Maybe it's that good as well?
