This has been my favorite hangout milk tea place recently especially very late at night. Yeah they less customer on a weekend 2 hours before closing time. So that means better chances of landing a parking slot.

Ordered my favorite matcha salt cream cheese and the cream was really good since there was a bunch of bits of cheese in it. But the matcha was kinda bland, felt that it has too much ice which kinda dilute its taste.

After which i had the urge to order another one so i went for cream salt cheese oolong, my order was serve with something that looks like cream cheese had already blended into my drink, i mean oolong at the bottom must be clear rather than somewhat look like milk tea. And the cream cheese itself is very sweet. The server told us that the cream cheese used was at the very bottom hence its very sweet, told me since its near closing time they dont have anymore stock 128550 but this was quickly dismissed by one of thwir personnel which quickly told me they could change it right away and magicallly they were able to provide another batch of cream cheese. 128529

I also learn that what i like about their cream cheese which was bits and bits of cheese was actually substandard since the REAL cream cheese needs to be pure cream and no bits. 128517

Despite the fact that -ber months are almost here once again, it seems as if the climate hasn’t changed since summer. One can’t help but get dehydrated in this sweltering heat. The upside to this weather though is having to drink something cold, sweet, and to quench your thirst. I guess drinking milk teas is one way to beat the heat?

Together with other foodie bloggers, I was invited to visit Macao Imperial Milk Tea in Banawe, Quezon City, to review their products, two days ahead of their launch. Thanks to the Fredley Group of Companies, who have brought us Shabu-Shabu Ichiban, Mitasu Charcoal Yakiniku, Sandaya-Yakiniku Fisher Mall, Ersao Wind Tagaytay, and now Macao Imperial Milktea, we got to have a first-hand experience.

This cafe was born in Macao and is one of the fastest growing cafe chains in Asia and in America. They already have about 200 branches in different countries, including Macau, Vietnam, China, United States, Canada, and the Philippines. As for the folks behind the brand, their aim is to bring a memorable and special experience with each and every cup. I got that while I was sipping a series of their different beverages.

This spot is still currently getting a buzz from customers after months of being open. This contributed primarily to their wide selection of creative concoctions on gorgeous looking bottles. You can even bring it home. On top of these, they also serve best selling cakes and pastries from popular Purple Oven. These are supplied newly baked, an absolute delight to my sweet tooth.

How can one not be enticed with their milk teas and other special drinks when they’re coined like the following – Kitten Milk Tea, Osmanthus Oolong Tea, Ejiao Red Dates Fresh Milk, and For You and For Me? They’re uniquely named and packaged, that is why a lot of people whose curiosities were piqued, visit this place.

Out of all the drinks that I got to try from them, it was their iced coffee also known as For Me, that won my heart at first sip. The bold bitter flavor of the coffee was on point, complementing the light sweetness of the vanilla syrup. I also loved the Cream Cheese series which can be served hot or cold. Another must try would be their Soda series, especially the Green Apple Soda flavor.

As for their price points, they are at par with other brands. The most affordable one is priced Php 90, while the most is at Php 195.

If you are from Quezon City, this should be a go to place for you. If you are far from Banawe, they are popping up in other stores soon. Looking forward to hearing about your own personal experience here real soon!

Holiday afternoon here and it was packed. Even strong sunlight doesnt shoo away anyone from sitting at the window side including us.

Matcha Cream Cheese was a hidden gem here as it was really good and the cheese bits made it even better

Strawberry yogurt was a disappointment though, wasnt the same as it was before even the whole strawberry was missing, complain about it and they remedied it by putting more strawberry jam into the drink and milk powder. 128517 but in the end they replaced it with the coffee one instead. So all is good.

Just when everyone was thinking of the milktea hype lying low Macao Imperial Tea breathe a fresh new air to it. With its cute eye catching plastic container it was an instant hit in social media. On my visit it was just a week since it open so there was still long queue and difficulty in parking. Luckily even though it was a long queue the service was very fast.

On my 2 visit I go to try their Green Apple Soda and Kitten Milk Tea. 1st the Green Apple Soda. It was a refreshing minty drink and doesn't felt to be too soda carbonated. Not too sweet and really good. Love the fresh mint leaves included. For the kitten milk tea, I love the cute paper cup that comes with it. Taste wise nothing special but it was good. This is a drink that is perfect with the rainy weather.

I've been wanting to try Macao Imperial Tea for the longest time since I saw photos from reviews! Some of their drinks come in special tumblers which to my surprise is made of glass and not plastic! I had the Caramel Macchiato in the cute white bear For You tumbler. The coffee was actually pretty good! Just make sure to shake it well before drinking so the caramel is well blended!

The place is quite spacious and as an added bonus, it has ample parking space! Could be a great place to hang with friends to catch up or maybe spend some time studying or working!

Ive heard of the craze about this new milk tea place along banawe st and it seems that long time banawe milk tea place serenitea now has a solid competitor as it was always full whenever i passes by.

First time to try it out here, it was 15 mins to midnight that even their guard was surprised. It seems they are.preparing to close but they still gladly addressed our orders. We order the following:

1. Over the rainbow soda- im not a fan of soda but this just looks so good to miss on my first visit. Top layer was shaked ice with sour berry taste, 2nd layer taste like yogourt while the bottom layer was soda which form the sweet part. Better sip one layer at a time if your as weird as i am before shaking it all up as suggested by the server. I had a hard time shaking it all up coz it was just too beautiful to drink. 128522 but honestly this is a one time drink for me im not a fan of soda but this was just too instagrammable. 128522 P165

2. Ice Caramel Machiatto - this was the bomb, high quality coffee right here. Perfect for coffee lovers. P195

3. Strawberry Milk - it taste kinda sour with the sweet part being the whole strawberry at the bottom. It was really good as well coz it reminds me of yogourt fruit milk at shanghai. P195

I was surprised that drinks here taste equally good as it looks. Place is cozy since there are just a couple of people left at midnight,im not sure at its peak. Service was good as well. Im surely gonna be back and im serious about the quality of the drinks here as far as the ones weve ordered. 128522

Hype hype hype! Lol

1st stop on our Banawe Foodtrip was Macao Imperial Milk Tea. My friends got really curious since everyone was really talking about this place maybe because of the very cute glass bottles with ears lol

We had 2 Caramel Macchiatos and 1 Over The Rainbow. They had specific drinks which you could order in order to get the bottles for free. The macchiato was good but damn Over The Rainbow was better!! I'm not sure what they put im it but it kinda tasted like Starburst. Not overly swert and very refreshing.

I highly suggest to visit the place early on weekends since it gets packed easily and the bottles are sold out quickly. Not sure on weekdays tho. 9786️ they have food also and other drinks! The also have a huuuuggeee teddy bear which you can include im taking photos hahahaha

Just when you thought that the milk tea craze has died down, here comes Macao Imperial Tea, an international cafe chain that just recently opened its first branch here in Manila.

What differentiates Macao from other cafes and tea places are their unique drink choices. From rainbow sodas, coffee and tea drinks in cute tumblers, you just can't help but be smitten.

My friend and I tried their "For me" and "For you" drink. I just don't remember which is which but one is a caramel macchiato and the other is strawberry milk tea. The caramel macchiato is good and has the right kick of caffeine to it, while the strawberry milk tea is light and refreshing. I am looking forward to trying the other drink offerings!

The place is cozy and relaxing. They have lots of tables to accommodate the guests. It might get jam packed on busy hours, though. Parking, on the other hand, is a problem. Although they have allotted space for cars, the demand for parking is just too high.

That's it! This place is definitely a must try! 128521

Just when I thought that the milk tea craze in the country is over, a new franchise from Macau came swooping in, getting the curious all riled up, myself included.

It was a rainy afternoon when we arrived Macao Imperial Tea, and we weren't expecting a lot of people to be hanging around the area, but we were wrong. Lucky for us, the parking space for the tea place was huge, so we were able to park our car as soon as we arrived. We entered the shop and the place was packed, with only a few seats empty, and a bit of a long queue at the counter.

We were supposed to try the cutest item in their menu, which had the drinks contained in a bottle capped with bear ears. Too bad they ran out of bottles so we weren't able to try them :( but anyways, the FOR ME and FOR YOU drinks are actually caramel macchiato and strawberry milkshake respectively.

I ordered their cream cheese oreo milk tea and their over the rainbow soda.

|CREAM CHEESE OREO MILK TEA P120
Milk tea topped Cream cheese mousse and crushed oreos. I tried the drink before mixing it, and the taste was like a normal milk tea. After mixing, the cream cheese taste was then infused in the drink. It was good, although I was hoping for a more profound cream cheese taste. Nevertheless, it was good.

|OVER THE RAINBOW SODA P165
One of the most popular drinks served by Macao Imperial Tea is this vibrantly colored soda. Honestly, I'm not much into sodas, so I didn't expect to like this one, but I did! What I was able to appreciate about it most is the lack of strong acidity most commercially available sodas have. The flavor was also good (I was able to get the taste of strawberry although there are more). I also didn't find it too sweet, although I drank it almost an hour after buying it, since I took it home.

I'm coming back for their special drinks (for me and for you) and the cream cheese sea salt jasmine green tea. Something about the combination of those first two ingredients makes me drool.

P.S. ANG BILIS PALA BUMAHA SA BANAWE 128514

Had a quick pitstop with my dad's recommendation to try this place out!

We shared the Cream Cheese White Peach Oolong Tea (P120) & Chestnut Cream Uji Matcha (P145) drinks as a couple of their bestseller variants!

The latter, it didn't taste much of the matcha powder which in my preference was just right. The chestnut cream was a good twist too on the traditional milk foam or cream from other tea shops.

The former, on the other hand, had a good flavor of peach - the oolong wasn't that strong - and cream cheese reminds me of Happy Lemon, minus the rock salt flavor.

Definitely worth a try especially with the wide range of flavors they have - refer to menu (cropped though!). So yep, I liked it! 128076🏼

Had their Cream Cheese Oreo Milk Tea. It was pretty good. Wish they had pearls with it. The price was 120 pesos, fairly reasonable. Also had some marshamallow cake. It was pretty good, it even had huge chunks of chocolate and I super loved the frosting.

My brother had the over the rainbow drink. I had a sip and found it to be just okay.... Just had too much Ice! 128513127752

The place is quite new and pretty jampacked still we had to fall in line to order and the line was quite long.

The place isn't too big but the parking was quite big, around 12 cars can fit.
