Was in Ongpin and thought about the Macao style shabu shabu. Must order their taro balls, fresh live suahe. Other dishes ordered were shrimp balls, wonton, sweet corn, polonchay and noodles Each was given their own pot to cook the food, we ask for clear soup stock. There was a generous supply of minced garlic, chopped spring onions, and chili. Satisfied !

Was in Binondo during dinner time last Sunday. I've been wondering what food is served in this restaurant that has been on soft opening since late last year. I was not expecting a hot pot./ shabu shabu style food , nevertheless we decided to give it a try . The resto has 2 floors for guest seating. Each table is equiped with glasstop convection burner. Unlike other hot pot resto where we get a big pot for everybody , this one has one pot and one burner for each guest, so we can each cook and eat from our own pot. The usual selections for ingredients like vegetables, chicken, pork, beef, dumplings etc. I like their TARO MEAT BALLS, aside from meat, it has groung taro in it, taste sweetish but very tasty. It is reasonably priced.
