On Getting There: long, rough road going to Palauig... It definitely needs to be devloped. If you do not enjoy long, frustrating rides, this is not the place for you. That 10 minute boat ride going to the island took forever becuase the resort only has one service boat that they used for snorkling activities. We waited atleast an hour for it to pick is up.

Accomodation: The room was okay. Though the faucet on the sink was not working so we used the detachable showerhead instead. The toilet seat was broken. There were no floor mats to use.

Food: Our package inculdes prepared food from the resort restaurant. Food was filling and good.

Place: The beach is nice, though I've seen better beaches in Zambales. There are dogs in the island that are friendly and they swim on the ocean. Tents and Kubos are available for accomodation.

Sand in my toes, salt in my hair! 1277969728127796

The island itself has two resorts. Armada and Ruiz. We stayed at Armada, supposedly with a tent. Luckily, our contact person said we can upgrade to a cottage! With no additional fees! 9786️ The ocean itself is clear and clean.

Recommended for adventurers who aren't tooo oozy with being a girlscout!

Don't expect a white sand beach or a party all night kind of beach life in Magalawa. Yet this is the place I've experienced one of the most laidback summer ever. All you can hear is nature and how therapeutic it is to the soul. Here you can either rent a kubo, a treehouse, or pitch a tent to enjoy the back-to-basic kind of vacation. I love how you will be totally stripped off of your city life. Ahhh pure bliss. Plus, the fact that I find here the friendliest starfishes ever! Take me back, please. 128521128077

I was amused on the beauty of this island! 128026128571 it was like boracay but untouched 128153 there were three colors on the water: light green, sky blue and dark blue! It was so relaxing in the eyes! 128147

Approximately 5-6hours to get here,You just have to go straight to bayan ng palauig, zambales. You will easily fall in love with this beach because there are a lot of starfish!!! 127775127775127775 and also, be careful on the part of the sea where there is a strong water current! But don't cha worry because there is a big signage there. Also, you'll definitely love their mangoes! It's really tasty and heavenly deliciously! 128523 unlike the mangoes here in manila! Kung saan pinipilit yung pagkahinog! 128545 9996🏽️ hehe and lastly, you can rent camping tents to enjoy the rest of the night there! 127756

All in all, I really enjoyed our vacation here! 128077🏽128077🏽

A good place for a very affordable price. The food was awesome! And the hospitality is extraordinaire.

This picture proved that they really want us to enjoy our stay. Coz' for 20mins. The tour guide persistently asked me to dive with them. Haha.. Well, he won! Even I am scared, I brushed my fears off and jumped with them. 9786

My boyfriend enjoyed it too! Just look at our picture. 128525
