Our very first for a long time. The four of us travel way back 15yrs ago at iloilo and i'm super excited to travel with my sibs again without our parents minus our eldest bro 128514128514128514

Our cousins prepared the itinerary for our iloilo adventure (lucky to have relatives here 128522) and for our 1st day, an overnight stay in guimaras.

From downtown iloilo, 15mins ferry ride at parola wharf going to jordan wharf. Arriving at the jordan wharf, we rented a small jeepney (approx 30mins travel time) going to the mini port, then another 10mins boat ride going to magic island. That 10mins, you'll be traverse with the mangrove forest. Magic island is one of the private islet at guimaras.

Arriving at the island, they served us welcome drinks and snacks. Employees are so courteous, accomodating and friendly. They even asked what we want for our dinner and lunch. They served mostly seafood with fruits and of course wouldn't be complete without the famous guimaras mangoes.

Small and quiet, you can only hear the sound of the sea breeze. Our room is good for 4 with a balcony and overlooking sea and the next islet. We got a chance to do the island hopping but due to the heavy rains and big waves, we rather not to pursue to the next island.

And then the next morning, the magic revealed. We got amazed on what we saw, you can go to the next islet not by riding a boat, you can now do it by just walking because of the low tide (the photo insert is the proof). P.S. Intermittent signal for your mobile phones 128513128513

I recommend it for those people who want something like a staycation and if you're looking for a peaceful and private place.

I don't have any idea how much my cousin paid for the trip but our stay includes the room and the meals (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner) per person. Separate payment for the ferry/ boat ride and jeepney rental.
