After having brekky at Ubuntu All Day breakfast, me and Midz went to Corinthian Gardens Clubhouse for another Looloo Rendezvoos at Steveston Pizza and we were too early at Corinthian so we decided to try Maillard Specialty Coffee which is located inside the Badminton Court at the Sport Center of the village.
Amazing! That's the word pop-up in my mind. Wow! There's a beautiful coffee shop inside the sport center. I love the nice set-up of Maillard. The warm lights, tables and chairs jive with the interior of the place.
I asked the barista if she can design our coffee, I mean latte art, she said yes and they served it with design. I got Cafe Latte and Midz got the Matcha Green Tea Latte paired with Oatmeal Cookie. The lattes we've got were served with Lotus cookie too.
Cafe Latte for Php130.00 - ️️️️️ 5/5

Matcha Green Tea Latte for Php130.00 - ️️️️️ 5/5
"Yes! It taste matcha perfect!"
Oatmeal Cookie - ️️️️ 4/5

This underrated coffee shop is really good. For those who are coffee and matcha lover out there, try and visit Maillard Specialty Coffee at Corinthian Gardens Clubhouse, Quezon City.

Wow I just realized that I never got to post my review for this place. Anyway, when I first went here with my cousins we said we'd make it our usual, and although that hasn't happened yet, such statement was made because of the cozy and chill interior plus good quality coffee.
I usually prefer my coffee milky, especially when it's iced, and Maillard was able to deliver exactly that with the Iced Mocha I ordered to go. I could've finished it in 1 minute, parang tubig lang (not in terms of taste but in the context of how fast I wanted to drink it) hehe
I will come back, hopefully soon, to try the meals and pastries.

Stumbled on this secret cafe one afternoon. I'm in love! No one comes here yet because it's only since been a month since they opened. Also it's in a village, the guard has to call you in. Worth the minor convenience for good food, great coffee and peace and quiet. It's nestled in a badminton court facing a park so all you see is green. Literally. Trees and court.
I had their chicken BbQ meal P200 which was delicious. Sweet, smokey boneless chicken paired with garlic rice (instead of java rice). Boyfriend had garlicky beef tapa P180 which comes with rice and an egg. We also ordered the nachos P150 with tasty homemade salsa. Though ask them to heat up the cheese so its not cold.
their staff is incredibly friendly. I can see it becoming a neighborhood cafe in a few months.
Their coffee is from Venezuela and they make a killer mocha with to die for chocolate sauce. Their aero press is a nice strong brew that gives you an in your face wake up call flavor.
I just wish:
1) their coffee came in a larger quantity
2) they have couches or comfortable seats so I can work from there all day (the barista said this is in the works. Yay!)
