I'm not a fan of milk teas but here's what I always order in milk tea shops: fruit teas with popping boba. In this picture, I had lychee flavored tea with strawberry popping boba. So addicting even my husband started ordering this drink also. 128514 So gaya gaya! But honestly, I like the simplicity of this drink. And I really love popping bobas! 128513

Went to the mall yesterday and it was packed. Planning to go to Serenitea to chill coz I was waiting for the boyfriend's family. Then I thought of going to annex and remembered there was a milk tea stand there. Good thing only a few people goes to that part of the mall. Ordered wintermelon and just read some magazines to kill time.
Milk tea ranges from 45-70 and ang sarap na niya.
I usually go to Mang-chaa near our school, so Im already familiar with their drinks. Usually lahat naman ng milk tea same ng mga drinks, 128077

I ordered for 2 passion fruit iced tea, one with no sugar and the other one with slight sugar. The attendant did not put any sticker or label to know which one has sugar and not. When I asked her which of the two has no sugar, she had a blank face and got confused which one was the one without sugar.

Simple task they cannot perform. Such disappointment.

I definitely love their Lychee Iced Tea. 128077 It's totally cheap. I'd definitely choose a few of their drinks over Serenitea. (Just not the milktea) hahaa.

You have to try their Chocolate Milk Tea with Pearl! It's not that sweet so it won't spoil your sweet tooth that much and it won't give you tonsilitis..128540128513 oh and that's my Instagram account right there! follow me @erikuh317..128521

A discovery.
Mang Cha-A, a reasonable brand to enjoy teas!

Unlike the much commercialized, almost everywhere tea shops, Mang Cha-A offers a wide variety of tea concoctions, coffee, and food tidbits for a very affordable price! Imagine, price starts with as low as Php 45.00!

Menu includes:
Milk tea
Iced tea
Hot milk tea
Coffee
Food
-Pot stickers
-Taiwan Pizza
-Radish cake
-Spicy Chicken
-Spicy Squid
-Chicken Chop
Yakult Milk Tea

I am a green tea fan so I tried their green tea latte. Taste is fine, good enough for its cost. I do not normally put sugar in my tea or coffee but forgot to request for zero sugar, probably that's why I find their latte too sweet. I also ordered for Taiwan pizza and find it quite okay. It is like a thin pancake with scrambled egg in between with a sweet, barbecue-like sauce. Not bland but hoping for more texture.

Service is good overall except for the slow food preparation time. I stayed here to read and find it conducive.

In general, Mang Cha-A offers menu with reasonable taste and price.

Excited to try their Yakult Milk tea and other food tidbits next time!

I tried Wintermelon w/ pearls, I was supposed to buy Passionfruit Yakult but my friend insisted me on trying their bestseller, which is, Wintermelon. Mang Cha-a was cheaper by 10-20 pesos compared to other tea shops like Moonleaf, Serenitea, or Chatime. The drink also comes with pearls so you don't need to add an additional anymore (unless you really like adding a lot of pearls in your milk tea) . Since it was cheaper, you can not expect the size to be as tall as other milk teas but the experience was good and worth the money 1285219786127861

Products are cheaper than the products of other milk tea establishments but I liked the taste more than the others. Sulit bayad.
