The ambiance and interior is super nice! The space is small but just enough that I couldn't here the other people on the next table talking.

The food was good. I find the bagoong rice blant. The salmon belly sinigang is great. We don't like the sisig ni mely because it more of a pulutan type than a ulam. I love the mango shake and their sago't gulaman.

The service was ok. we waited almost 30mins for our meals. It arrived after we followed up i think it already ready in the kitchen but they did not serve it to us immediately.

All in all, it is very pinoy. I just wish the service be faster than it is and staff will be more attentive.

today is quite tiring, had our early conference and had a quick rounds for the referrals just to see how everyone (px's) was doing. until we felt and heard our tummies grumbling.. so we head on to our friendly neighbor (rob mla) and had a sumptuous lunch here at mangan. we had the patingapun dishes and ordered the bangus belly. definitely satisfied our hunger! and the price, just right! :) yeah, with extra rice on the side too, carbo loading at its' finest because we haven't done our ward rounds yet.
if i may suggest to have the bibingka and other meryenda/desserts available at anytime.. please :) it's says there that they only serve it between 2pm to 6pm.

Kare-kare - masarap na sana kaso the sauce was too soupy for my liking and too little serving of veggies. In an bowl, we got about 2 cups of the soupy sauce, 2 pechay, 2 slices of eggplant, 4 string beans, 2 chunks of beef, 2 beef ligaments/litid (not a fan), a slice of beef tripe.

The bibingka and puto bumbong platter was what I enjoyed in my first Mangan visit. Good for merienda.

Filipino food it is!! 128077

We had their Sinigang sa Miso Ulo ng Salmon, Inihaw na Liempo, Kare Kare Buntit ng Baka, Pinakbet, Daing na Bangus with Burong Mangga, Tortang Talong with Giniling. 128149

Luckily, we were able to try their merienda specials since it was past lunch time.

Service was prompt, ambience was very Filipino-ish and great value for money meaning great for family gatherings.

This is a perfect place for those who love Filipino foods. The place is so 'Pinoy'. I felt like I was in an old house owned by a wealthy family back in the 70's.

The foods are delicious. I super liked the fried kamote strings that was served (for free) while waiting. I loved everything we ordered.

The servers were nice and accommodating too. They gave everything we asked right away.

Price-- affordable & reasonable for the quality of food 128076

A showcase of Kapampangan Cuisine at its best. The fried julienne camote as appetizer is a nice touch. So Pinoy :)

Place offers decent Filipino food but don't order the Steam Tilapia. Some selections were overly salty.

How i love mangan restaurant that i go back once in a while. Every dish has its own difference from the usual like their lengua caldereta and inihaw n bangus. Ahmmm... Ice tea.. Their bottomless brewed.. I love it.

The place is so cool but i think they have removed the portrait of old actors and actress.
Servers are nice and accommodating. I will always go back here.
