Pros: Budget friendly, clean, nice staff and spacious rooms.
Cons: Parking is very tight, not enough. However, kuya guard manage to get us a slot. Wifi is intermittent.
I didn’t know Tuguegarao is such a busy place. Highly recommend.

Located within the city. I was told that this is a fairly new hotel. We stayed overnight for a business trip. The room was spacious enough for 3pax with 2 beds. It comes with breakfast and they have free wifi access within the hotel, including inside the room.
Breakfast consists of set meal, usually local silog fare. Got the longsilog. Their longganisa doesnt taste that garlicky.
Didnt like the service in their restaurant/cafe. Very slow, robot like and unaccommodating. I asked for a little fresh milk for my coffee and they want to charge Php130 for a half cup of milk. Wtf. Nevermind.

Currently loving my stay here. :)
One of those random picks which turned out to be a good pick.
The hotel's still quite new actually, but I think they're slowly getting the recognition they deserve. The location's great, as it is very accessible and just a 5-minute walk from the Mall of the Valley/market and the Lighthouse cooperative. The place is not as big as the other hotels but they have free wifi on all floors. The superior twin room which we got feels a little cramped for me, though. But is still clean and well-maintained. The staff were really friendly, willing to give assistance if you have a lot to carry upstairs (no elevator), greeting you every time they see you, etc. Oh and I love their free shuttle to/from the airport -- top of the line and still brand new, not bad eh? :)) No complaints about the rates. It's a good value for your money actually. :)
At the ground floor you can find Swanny's Kitchen, which is kind of more like a hangout/coffee place (like Starbucks), making it more convenient for guests because you don't need to go someplace else just to eat or have coffee. Must try their native Tuguegarao longganisa. :)
If you ever find yourself in Tuguegarao, check this place out. :)
